「On a positive note, the location of the flat is really great. Superb view. Everything else, however, is bad. The furniture is very old and wildly thrown together. WiFi is practically non-existent. There is a gas cooker, fridge and dishwasher. dishwasher.」

In the centre of Latte Ventimiglia 6 km from the centre of Bordighera, 8 km from the centre of Menton France, 4 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 50 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: park (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug. pool opening hours: 09:00-12:30 and 15:30-19:30). Outdoor shower. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house. Width of access road: 200 cm. Public parking 50 m on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 200 m, bakery 400 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Ventimiglia" 4 km, sandy beach 800 m pebble beach 50 m. Nearby attractions: Giardini Hanbury 8 km, ventimiglia Alta 4 km, Balzi Rossi 8 km. Please note: railway line closeby 20 m from the property. "Loggia sul mare", 2-room apartment 75 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (120 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony.
