"This hotel is ideally located for those who love the sea: a small passage to cross to be on the beach. Parking can be done in the street of the hotel (free from 09/15) or about a hundred meters away in a car park (also free). Loading/unloading place in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is welcoming thanks to its staff who are always available and the best advice (sites to visit, train timetables, parking locations, etc.) The welcome is impeccable and the French spoken is up to the kindness, availability and efficiency of staff. A really big congratulations to everyone! On the hotel side: the room is spacious with large storage unit, refrigerator, efficient air conditioning, comfortable bedding and room service every day. It is certain that better insulation between rooms would be welcome, but the lack of respect from some is the only problem which can cause certain nuisances. Bathroom with very large shower, great water pressure and temperature. Good nights of restful sleep after beautiful discoveries of the Ligurian coast (Sestri Levante, Porto Fino, San Frutuosa, etc.). Catering: Breakfast: lots of choice and good products available. The restocking is permanent so you never lack anything. Dinner: superbly organized with choice of menu the day before of 2 to 3 starters, 2 to three courses and numerous desserts. The all-you-can-eat starter buffet (raw vegetables) is added (at no extra €€) to the chosen menu. Never disappointed by the dishes served throughout our stay (both in quality and quantity!!) The staff takes great care. Great availability and kindness; always a little word or a little special attention. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness which made our stay all the more pleasant. Well done +++++++"

"We stayed as a group. When we asked to move a table to ours to dine with another group we'd just met and were chatting with, we were told no, that 51 out of 50 places had been set and that moving a table would be a hassle. I repeat: a hassle. People also go out to meet new people. Eating together is conviviality; if I'm deprived of it by those who are supposed to sell this service, it's not right... After dinner, we stayed to chat. I wanted to ask for a coffee and a liqueur and continue chatting, but, politely, we were told we had to leave the room, which was being set for the next day... Every request was a hassle... a hassle."
