"We stayed 3 nights at Résidence Le Noyer and really appreciated the quality of the services: the rooms are decorated with great taste, the table d'hôte is very high quality. The facilities in the room and the swimming pool are designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Nicolas and Michel are charming hosts and have a lot of humor! We needed some with us :-). There are many things to do and visit nearby."

"Extremely disappointed by our visit for lunch recently. I was charged 30€ for a half bottle of wine. I queried it as it was at least 50% more than I was expecting. It wasn't on the wine list but suggested as an alternative to a sub-20€ wine I had chosen. However, the waiter insisted it was the correct price and I'd not been overcharged. I subsequently raised the issue with the hotel who said there had been a mistake but that I was at fault for not raising the matter at the time which, as explained, I did. To be accused as being at fault and not to receive an apology is unforgiveable, even if they did refund me 10€. It had been at the top of my list of places to eat in Le Bugue; it is now bottom and I shall not go there again."
