"Positives - great view, location, fairly new air con so efficient, good showerhead and ok bed. Unfortunately, it is dated and needs a lot of TLC. Can't believe we paid $360 for two nights. Just look at the photos I took. They speak for themselves. On the website, it mentions a restaurant but it looks like it has not been functioning for a long time. In our "chalet", there were things in the fridge and freezer from previous guests, cobwebs galore in the room and the lounge was stained and squeaky. We put a blanket on the lounge so we could sit on it. Kitchen and bathroom were made to look like it had a row of feature tiles but it was a "stick on" feature that was peeling off. I don't know what constitutes a "resort" but this is not a "resort" that you want to stay at. This place should be shut down until repairs and a deep clean has been done. My purpose in writing this review is not to shame but to warn others not to spend the money. Stay somewhere else. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place and I will never go back. I will look for other accommodation in the vineyards. "

"Loved this beautiful accommodation! The room was huge and extremely clean. The stone bathtub was to die for. It was the perfect little romantic getaway with my partner. Had gorgeous views over looking the lake. After our wine tour in the area we got to enjoy our purchases on the balcony with a cheeseboard with some ducks swimming through the lake. Very quiet and perfect for some R&R! Will definitely come again."

"We stayed recently at the Bluebush Lodge for our team retreat, the venue was fantastic. Lauren and Gareth were so lovely to work with. The venue had large spacious rooms, most with ensuite bathrooms, large communal areas for eating, conferencing and relaxing. The outdoor facilities were also fantastic. The venue is in a quiet area, with a large spacious property overlooking the some beautiful scenery and local wildlife. Would highly recommend for large groups."
