"失望と不満の滞在でした！ 先日、リジス ハンターバレーに宿泊しましたが、非常に残念な滞在となりました。ツインルームを予約し、事前に料金も支払っていたにもかかわらず、キングベッドの部屋を用意されました。私たちはカップルではなく友人同士だと明確に伝えましたが、マネージャーは「ツインルームは空室状況によります」とだけ言い放ちました。予約時にそのような説明は一切ありませんでした。彼女の返答は、「キングベッドで我慢するか、キャンセルして返金を受け、他のホテルに行くか」というものでした。共感も助けも全くなく、ただただ失礼で、相手を無視する態度でした。 3部屋予約し、隣同士の部屋を希望したにもかかわらず、ホテルが満室ではないにもかかわらず、別々の棟の部屋に割り当てられました。割り当てられた部屋は手入れが行き届いていないようで、ドアの鍵はきちんと閉まらず、虫が飛び回っていて、不潔で居心地の悪い部屋でした。 これはリジスに期待していた水準とはかけ離れています。カスタマーサービスは劣悪で、コミュニケーション不足、そして合理的な要望にも応えようとしない姿勢が目立ちました。お勧めしませんし、二度と利用することはありません。"

"ハンターでの週末にセラー ドアを訪れ、アディナのワインとオリーブにとても感動しました。駐車はとても簡単で、セラー ドアは清潔で風通しがよく、とても居心地が良かったです。接客してくれた男性はとてもフレンドリーで知識も豊富でした。また必ず来ます!"

"Beautiful and serene setting with luxury cabins. Everything is catered for...comfortable beds, personal spa and fire pit. We shared pizza with friends provided by our amazing hosts in a perfect setting. Kangaroos grazed nearby adding to a beautiful outlook from our cabin. Well worth a stay "

"Requested earlier check-in..no problem, got my email teeing me which unit, key in door. Arrived...couldn't find the unit. Walked around , 10 minutes great views, finally found it. First impression: very basic. Toilet had skid marks! Spiderwebs on walls, cut finger on e exposed staple on front door. Counter tops sticky and dirty. Dust clumps on floor. Plugged the iron in, bit of a spark at power point. Ironed, left for party at a winery. Returning about 11.00pm. 12.01am received map to find Where to find unit! Bed...clean and comfortable. No lights on bedhead worked. Power point was frizzled! Could smell that it had burned through. Pulling curtain closed, it fell! Dust and cobwebs! Air-conditioning off. Could hear people from every other unit. Eventually, a comfortable sleep. Shower head fell off as the water was turned on. Struggled for 20 minutes to reconnect it. Really needs an overhaul. Fresh paint, and a good clean. Sadly dissapointed."

"Loved this beautiful accommodation! The room was huge and extremely clean. The stone bathtub was to die for. It was the perfect little romantic getaway with my partner. Had gorgeous views over looking the lake. After our wine tour in the area we got to enjoy our purchases on the balcony with a cheeseboard with some ducks swimming through the lake. Very quiet and perfect for some R&R! Will definitely come again."

Bluebush Estate

"This is a return visit for many of us given how beautiful the estate is. It is also the first stay we've had with new owners, Gareth and Lauren, who couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. We had a late booking for another couple to join us an whom we couldn't accommodate in the Country House and Gareth went out of his way to find them a room in one of the other properties. The rooms all have ensuites and are all well appointed. Combined with the amazingly huge kitchen and beautiful dining room and lounge room, you could not want for more. We also took advantage of the pool room and spent a good few hours playing after dinner. We wish Gareth, Lauren and their 5 kids all the best and we're looking forward to many return visits."
