"清潔さには多くの要望が残されています。ホテルの2階の廊下エリアのカーペットは4日間掃除機をかけられませんでした。タイルの目地は毎日掃除しないので汚く見えます。タイルは石灰でマットです。全体として、かなりロックでした。朝食はとても美味しかったです。実際、朝食に必要なものはすべて揃っています。そこのサービススタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。受付はその日によって大きく異なります。ホテルはリューベック市の郊外にありますが、3 路線のバスでいつでも簡単にアクセスできます。"

"Very unfriendly hotel owner. We checked in late using a code and were told to find the room key in a specific location. It wasn't there. Were we supposed to sleep on the stairs? We called, but no one answered. Then we emailed, and he finally replied. He came over and berated us, saying it wasn't our fault he'd forgotten. No elevator. Third floor. Bathroom down the hall. The breakfast was good. Never again. And not cheap. So unfriendly. No toilet in the breakfast room. We would have had to go back up to the third floor. Unacceptable."

"The first hotel I see with liar and deceiving management. We mistakenly booked 3 rooms instead of 2. Just 30 minutes later we called the hotel to cancel one room. They said ok and you can ask the reception while checking in. Then reception said we need to ask our boss, every time we asked the reception they said our boss come later. As a result they postponed until we checkout the hotel. Then we received an email saying we are sorry and cannot cancel your reservation as it is due. That is our experience with this hotel."

"After reading the reviews we decided to book this Hotel for 1 night on our way back from Rugen. We were happy with it up to the moment we were shown our room : a smoking room. The stench was horrible! We could not breathe! We went straight away back to the reception and asked to be given a non smoking room, as per our request at the time of booking. The receptionist (very friendly) said that they did not have any non smoking rooms available, but that we could have a look at another smoking room to see if it was better. It was slightly better and without option, we took it. We left our luggage and went out to visit the city. Later that night, we realised that with closed windows it was impossible to breathe: the room and bed smelled like a man who smoked the whole day long! It seemed to us that the bed sheets had not been changed , from the smell and also from few hairs we found on the bed...It was really disgusting! I can not say anything about the non smoking rooms, but if you hate cigarettes, make sure to have it confirmed at the time of your booking: in written! We were wondering what happened to the great Hotel from the reviews? Was it really just bad luck?"
