"To all tourists who see this review, I strongly advise you not to visit this shady establishment! We were on a long road trip through southern Xinjiang, and this was our last stop. The experience had been great until now. We never expected to encounter such a terrible place, especially since the owner isn't even from Xinjiang! Here's what happened: We arrived late that night, checked into the room, and went straight to sleep. When we checked out in the morning, they checked the room and found nothing wrong. However, when we were halfway to the Populus euphratica forest scenic area, the owner called, saying we had stained the sheets and pillowcases blue. We immediately drove back. When we got back, the owner and his wife said, "It must be from your hair dye or your body." Their attitude was extremely rude. They demanded a 100 yuan cleaning fee! (Let us clarify: First, our hair is completely black and not dyed! Second, we slept naked while resting, so there's no way our clothes could have stained; we're not Smurfs!) We said it wasn't about the money; why didn't they check when we checked out? Why did they only call us when we were halfway there? Besides, when we returned, the pillowcases and sheets were soaking in water. Furthermore, we drove halfway there, received a call, and turned back. The owner then became very rude, saying we dared not not return! He claimed that in Xinjiang, even if we wanted to run away, we couldn't. (This completely enraged us. First, we are not rude people; we cooperated fully by driving back to check the situation. Second, we didn't have to come back at all. Checking out was fine initially, but problems arose after we drove so far; who knows what the situation was? Besides, we wouldn't have suffered any loss if we hadn't returned, and we hadn't lost our deposit. Our good intentions in returning to check the situation resulted in the owner saying we came back because we were scared. It's ridiculous.) Because of this, we called the police. When the police came to investigate, they found the so-called blue stain on the sheets was gone, and the water bubbles had disappeared. Only a little blue remained on the pillowcases. Finally, the police from Lunnan Police Station compensated us with 20 yuan (when we saw the police were going to pay for us, we wanted to give it to them, but they stopped us). This police officer's name was: **. We are very grateful to this police officer, the other officer who accompanied him, and the local police station. We felt very warm-hearted. We will bring friends here again next time, but we will definitely not stay at this hotel. After we finished dealing with it, we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner. When we talked about the incident, the restaurant owner said that this hotel was well-known in the area because guests often called the police!"

The receptionist was very friendly and attentive. She contacted me before check-in to inquire about my arrival time. Initially, she assigned me a room near the elevator, but later patiently changed me to a corner room. However, there was a hot pot restaurant downstairs, and around 11 PM, the exhaust fan was extremely noisy. The receptionist patiently explained that the noise would stop after 11 PM when the restaurant closed. The owner also apologized and gave us a gift (we had too much stuff in our car, so we didn't take it with us when we checked out; we appreciated the gesture). 3. The room cleanliness was lacking. Since cleanliness was the only factor I considered, I didn't give it a perfect score. The mirror behind the door had a lot of limescale, and the floor had a lot of hair and dust. The edges of the sink faucet were particularly sharp; please pay attention to this, as it could easily cut your hands. 4. Overall, the hotel is newly renovated and has complete facilities.
