It was my first time visiting Mount Lu, and I was pleasantly surprised to find such a lively town with everything you could possibly need – dining, entertainment, and shopping. I've stayed at the Manxin chain before, and they never disappoint. Parking was also very convenient, and the breakfast was delicious."

"得点の理由は3つあり、1つ目はコンシェルジュの親切丁寧な対応が宿泊客の印象に残ったこと、2つ目は長江沿いに位置しており、部屋からは数百もの景色が望めることです。長江では一粒一粒の米粒が競い合い、何千もの帆が競い合います。何とありがたいことでしょう。第三に、朝食は大都市の五つ星ホテルに劣らないほど種類が豊富で、しかもホテルの品数は豊富です。ジムはとても綺麗で設備も充実していますが、残念ながら暑い夏でもプールは水が抜かれていてスコアの増減はありません。減点の理由としては、ホテルのフロントの態度がやや無関心で、基本的な情報を宿泊客に積極的に紹介しないこと、その代わり宿泊客の質問にはすべて答え、一言一言を大切にしていること、そして２つ目は、 3階のレストランは全て個室で、お昼時は個室がありません 一人で食事をしていて、3階のエレベーターを降りた瞬間にカビ臭い匂いがしました 二人は大座敷に座るよう手配されました14人掛けのテーブルでしたが、料理の値段が高く、現地の消費水準に見合わず、違和感がありました。食事に客が来なかったのも不思議ではない。"

"The room itself was fine. I've stayed at Orange Hotels before, and they're generally consistent. What really stood out, though, was the incredibly poor service at this particular location. I travel frequently and stay at all sorts of brands and price points, but this is the first time I've encountered a front desk attendant actively looking for trouble with a guest. As soon as I arrived, instead of checking me in, she immediately tried to sell me a 99 RMB membership for three breakfast vouchers. When I declined, she suddenly couldn't hear my phone number clearly, and once she finally got it, she typed it in incorrectly. After that, it was a ridiculously slow and unprofessional process. For example, my booking platform stated that shuttle service was included for one round trip (to and from the hotel), but she insisted it was only a one-way trip, even after I clarified multiple times. It took several minutes just to check in. Another staff member came over to help, mentioning that the first attendant was new. This second person then added me on WeChat, pretending to send me travel tips (which she never did, it was clearly just to diffuse the awkward situation). I remarked that it seemed like a bit of a struggle, and from that point on, the initial attendant's attitude completely soured. Her bad mood continued until the next morning, around 7:50 AM, when I asked her about the complimentary shuttle service and where it could take me. She responded with a look of disdain and a cold smirk. (The hotel manager later confirmed this after reviewing surveillance footage during our phone conversation.) The day before, I had enjoyed a drop-off at Zhengjie Street (the hotel said they usually don't go there, only to the operations center, which I wasn't aware of and hadn't seen mentioned anywhere. My booking platform just said 'shuttle service to and from scenic spots' without specifying locations or mentioning restrictions on early/late pick-ups). I figured another drop-off the next morning would be fine. At this point, another staff member chimed in, saying the driver hadn't started yet and they'd check. (Later, we got into the hotel shuttle, and the driver confirmed he had actually come in early that day and had already taken a group of tourists down the mountain. So, the driver was indeed working, and the staff knew it, but they clearly just wanted to make things difficult for me.) It's ridiculous to have to try and guess what the hotel staff are thinking and walk on eggshells around them. I won't go into more detail, this is already long enough and pointless. The hotel manager did call later to discuss solutions, acknowledging that the staff's attitude was indeed problematic, that they were throwing tantrums, and that their training was poor. They also offered me compensation, but I declined as I didn't need it. The staff member who added me on WeChat, promising travel tips, finally messaged me once I had left Lushan for my next city, offering various perks. Ultimately, I didn't need any of it. I'm just putting this out there; it was just a one-night stay, nothing special. How boring."

"The hotel is secluded and relatively quiet. The rooms are very large, and the bedding is incredibly clean and comfortable. Every staff member at the hotel was exceptionally kind; they even allowed us to bring a huge birdcage into the room, after making sure the bird wouldn't squawk. We were very touched by this gesture. The breakfast was delicious, and we stayed for two consecutive nights. Next time we come to Lushan for a summer retreat, we will definitely choose to stay here again."

"このホテルにはとても満足しています。行き届いたバトラーサービスで、旅の疲れを快適に休めました。 チェックインの前日に誰かが店に電話しましたが、コミュニケーションは明確でした。 当ホテルは繁華街から離れておりますので、事前にご連絡いただければ送迎バスにて送迎させていただきます。 チェックイン後、家政婦のお姉さんの黄立平さんが私を部屋に案内し、ホテルの間取りを詳しく紹介し、WeChatを追加した後も、引き続き行き届いたサービスを提供してくれました。 ホテルのパッケージには無料の夕食が付いており、2日に分けて食べたいという無理なお願いをしたのですが、フロントの方が積極的に対応してくれました。 評価すべきはターンダウンサービスで、ミルクやおやつのサービスだけでなく、ヨモギの足湯まで用意してくれる心遣いがあり、これまで宿泊したホテルの中で最高のターンダウンサービスでした。 一番嬉しかったのは、16時までのレイトチェックアウトを申し込んだのですが、フロントの方が部屋の状況を確認した上で満足していただき、出発前に少し休ませていただき、本当に感謝しています。 全体として、5 つ星の推奨に値します。 PS: ホテルの裏山に沈む夕日を見るのは素敵です。天気が良ければぜひご覧ください~"

The wonderful trip to Lushan started with your smiling arrangement of the room and patiently answering questions about the route to see the sunrise and the attractions of Lushan. The hotel was personally selected by Chairman Chiang Kai-shek and built in 1937. It is very good in all aspects. As soon as you enter, you will feel the strong style of the Republic of China. The walls are covered with old photos of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. Dress-up photography is also provided. The hotel's restaurant is not expensive and the environment is very good. The room is spacious and comfortable! When visiting the beautiful Lushan, you have to stay in such a hotel, which complements each other. Very satisfied!"

"The scenery and food were excellent. We booked this trip for our elderly family members during the off-season, and they thoughtfully moved us to a room on the second floor. Even though we drove there, the pick-up and drop-off service on the mountain was very considerate. The downsides: the front desk was chaotic. First, we used our Ctrip benefits to get early check-in, but the housekeeper was completely unaware. Then, we booked two nights but only one night, and when we returned, the room was locked. Next, we used our "stay now, pay later" benefit and were asked to check out and pay. Thankfully, our elderly family members called to inquire, otherwise their credit card would have been charged again. If this were truly a booking for a client, there could have been many misunderstandings. We hope they can improve this situation."

"The boss is very nice and a very nice person! The room is not expensive. It has Japanese and Korean style inside. It is clean and brand new. The location is good. It is inside Meilu. Very satisfied with the prices of facilities, sanitation, environment and services! The first time I went to Lushan Mountain in winter, I fell in love with Lushan Mountain in winter. "The hotel has a great location, close to Xiufeng Waterfall Scenic Area. There's a shopping mall nearby where you can shop and have a meal. The room facilities were decent, and the service was good. Breakfast wasn't included, so I didn't try it. We went to the first restaurant on the right after entering the Xiufeng Waterfall Scenic Area and had a bowl of Nanchang mixed noodles for just a few yuan – it was fantastic and delicious! Since the Xiufeng Waterfall cable car was under maintenance, we didn't go up, but the photos taken from below were still very nice. When we left the hotel, we saw a newlywed couple making a lot of noise with drums and gongs!"
