"My SpiderWick Garden It was today 1st of May 2024 ....I made a solo trip from work to Masaka town all in forces to just go for a swim at the Banda lodge the pool is super clean and private ....the staff are so polite....the ambience is so green and clean....they have cottages too similar to a LOTR kind of thing ...you would love it if you like nature .....and it's really safe ....they are so..cleannn.... Well I think I just love the place ....I intend on visiting again ....😍😍😍 When you go up the restaurant section it has a view of masaka town its really amazing.. Thank you for the great reception again"

"There customer care is great from the reception to the restaurant, sauna, steam,massage parlour.... Clare,Mr.Ntege,Christopher the GM,Dennis are an awesome team They make sure that we clients are made comfortable... Imagine this is in masaka town...according to me I love love this place ...and they have so much green...which is looked after so well and also no worries they spray every two months for bugs ,mosquitoes,snakes ,spiders all the creepy crawlers...has lovely places to take pictures ...so quiet so quiet only the birds that chirp 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💖💖💖💖💖💖💕💕"

"I travelled to this hotel on the 30th of October and was booked for 3 nights checking out on the 2nd of November 2023. I stayed in room 504 and every thing was in perfect functional state. I had warm baths all the time, my lighting was fine, WIFI connectivity was good, the intercom worked fine and the housekeeping did a commendable job on a daily. The reception staff was very cheerful and professional while attending to me and the restaurant staff was very attentive and helpful every time i went there to have my meals. Ruth, Flavia and Steven at the restaurant stood out and food was very tasty and fresh. My best dish was chicken tikka...oh my God, you need to taste this one when you visit the hotel. The entire reception team headed by Barbra was amazing. Cleopatra who welcomed me with all smiles and checked me in, to Yusuf and Aloysius, i can only say thank you for making my stay memorable and worthwhile. Chris the general manager ensured that i was as comfortable as could be all the time. Finally, the ambiance, lush gardens and the green all around just brings back life to every tired and broken soul. I totally recommend this hotel to everyone travelling and planning to stay in Masaka whether for business, holiday or otherwise, it offers value for your money and much more. Thank you Garden Courts Hotel Masaka, I will surely be back!"
