A special thank you to Brent at the front desk for his professionalism, warm welcome, and willingness to help with anything I needed. He made check-in smooth and made me feel like a valued guest. I also want to recognize Zarya from the restaurant for her exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and made every dining experience enjoyable with her positive attitude and genuine hospitality. Both Brent and Zarya went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their dedication to excellent customer service truly reflects the high standards of this hotel. I highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn and look forward to staying here again!"

"Great location and spacious rooms, but the hotel service was terrible. I reserved two rooms and requested them to be close together if possible. However, when I arrived, the very inexperienced receptionist claimed I only had one room booked and tried to charge me for an extra one. After 30 minutes of showing her my reservation, she finally gave me another room, but it was on a different floor from my wife and son. I'd recommend they hire professional staff, not inexperienced young women. I definitely wouldn't stay here again after such a bad check-in experience. Also, Trip.com was useless; I called multiple times and could never get through to anyone."
