"Don't expect too much, it's still a bit behind Marriott, the room facilities are a bit old, it's like a hotel apartment. It's barely ok for a short stay of one night, it's just average."

"Friendly people, clean rooms well apportioned, and a nice warm breakfast makes this a go to stay when in Modesto. Easily accessible from the freeway and easy to maneuver through Modesto. Area is growing with restaurants and gas stations in the immediate vicinity."

"We arrived as part of a guided tour group for one night. The moment we opened the room door a dead bug on the entrance floor. The next morning another dead and a live bug. The windows allow all the noise from the nearby highway in. The AC squeaks. The bathroom light does not work. We were located near the back door between buildings 1 and 2. The security key activated lock on the outside door did not work. There was an additional gate to the parking lot with the security key lock not working either. This is a safety issue and should be fixed immediately. The rugs and walls seem dirty and the breakfast was uninviting. The wake up call service did not call either. There are other, apparently, much better hotels for not much more $ in the area. I would not have considered this at all if it were to me."
