"I don't know why there 4 stars . Try 2 stars to be honest. I stayed more than once so this is not a one time bad occurrence. First time someone was cooking something awful. They did not even try to hide it. The room door was wide open so you can get the full smell. Front desk person smelled it and started coughing looked at me and said while gasping for breath.looks like someone is cooking. Second time ( I'm only staying here because my company was paying) the ac did not work , the fan on the ac also did not work. the pass word for the wifi was written in some alien language .room phone did not work so I had to call from my cell. ROOM PHONE DID NOT WORK ,COME ON THAT IS A BASIC HOTEL AMENITY. If this was some off the beaten path hole in the wall I'd say it is what it is. But the proudly display they are a IHG affiliate. I guess IHG standards have gone down."
