"The Hotel de la Couronne is located in a quiet alley in the middle of the village; it offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in this timeless atmosphere of the 16th century. There are also enough parking spaces in the courtyard."

"Room was okay, not as nice as in the picture and just over a motorway, but not bad. You need a smartphone for opening every door and the elevator, inconvenient, there is of course no staff at site. The worst was when they say they have a laundry room. The laundry room is locked behind another, third-party app, you wait a day to get a login and the find out that the washign cycle is 1.90 CHF but you cannot top up the account with less than 20 CHF! Insane. I contacted the management and they say it's a third-party laundry room management and not their problem. Well, at this point one should know that this super cool/modern places with apps and self-service only are going to become an inconvenience sooner than later."

On top of that, there were "damage" charges in the room for a kettle and a bed duvet. The hotel debited €290 from my Visa card completely unjustifiably, and despite Hotels.com's intervention, the manager refuses any dialogue. Beware..."
