They kept charging his credit card for the next two weeks without his authorization and refuse to credit his account. The room was never cleaned. Still trying to get credit for days without a reservation that were unauthorized that he did not stay there. Sketchy all around."

"It looks like a newly built hotel; the exterior, lobby, rooms, facilities, amenities… everything looks brand new! The bedding, toiletries, etc., are quite high-end. The room itself is clean and tidy, and the environment is very quiet. Regarding service, even though it wasn't check-in time, the front desk politely allowed us to check in early, creating a positive impression even before we checked in! Overall, it's a very good hotel! Recommended!"
