As you come up from the two-car garage, you enter into the main floor, an open floor plan with 10’ ceilings. Here you will find the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and living room area with an HDTV television and small front deck with marsh views to the east. A fully stocked kitchen, with small appliances including a KitchenAid blender, Breville toaster, etc. An Amazon Alexa is also available for music. Up the next set of stairs, you will find the master suite with 10’ ceilings with an extra-large shower (two showerheads), soaking tub and two sinks. The master suite has a king size bed, luxury linens and towels and its own private deck and marsh views overlooking Sullivan’s island.
