私たちは 2026 年の春祭りの間に廬山に旅行した 6 人家族で、この旅行は私たちが本当に大切にする思い出を与えてくれました。ホテルのおもてなしが最も際立っていました..暖かく、気配りがあり、いつでも助ける準備ができています.特に、駅への無料シャトルサービスに感謝し、家族にとって旅行がずっと簡単になりました。 豊富な中華料理の無料のビュッフェ式朝食を提供しており、ホテルでランチとディナーも提供できるので便利です。夫と彼の家族はビリヤードをするのにとても楽しい時間を過ごしました、そして私たちの滞在をより楽しくする他のレクリエーション活動がありました。 私たちの部屋は巨大で、清潔で、とても快適でした..廬山の美しい景色を探索するのに長い日の後、完璧でした。私たちは小さな水圧問題を経験しましたが、スタッフはそれを専門的かつ積極的に処理し、可能な限り最高の滞在を確実にするために部屋を変えることを提案しました。 全体的に、快適さ、楽しさ、そして本物のおもてなしに満ちた素晴らしい体験です。この忘れられない家族の休暇に本当に感謝しています。 PS: すべての写真は私が撮ったものです。再アップロードしないでください!

設施：配備了智能馬桶、地暖等整體設施齊全，洗澡熱水也很大很温暖！地暖好評，一進房間非常温暖！就是有點幹，建議配備加濕器。 衞生：整體乾淨衞生，一次性用品齊全，每天更換。 環境：房間大小合適，裝修好看，窗子旁有榻榻米，榻榻米上有加熱墊，坐上去賞景很暖和（如果能配一點茶葉就更好了）；床品舒適，軟硬適中；燈光很多！插座也多，使用方便。（希望酒店能備用一些被子）。隔音不錯，玻璃是雙層的，外部聲音不大，門關上，走廊如果有人説話是聽得清的，但其他房間説話聽不到。 服務：服務熱情周到。耐心的講解了去哪裡該怎麼玩。因為是節假日贈送了早餐，早餐簡簡單單，一人一份。接送服務很好，雖然離索道很近，但拿着行李上上下下多少有點不方便，所以接送服務真的很有必要！ 位置：地理位置還行，離索道站近，但又不那麼近，需要走幾步，由於是山地，上上下下的。去如琴湖、索道上站和觀光車索道站相對方便，幾百米的距離，還可以。 整體來講還是很滿意的，節假日的價格本身就貴，所以一定要住的舒心滿意，這個酒店全部滿足了！給個贊！

Overall the stay was not too bad due to the great service provided & the good food we enjoyed. Our only gripe was the terrible Room 101 we were initially given when we checked in. The room had obviously not been stayed in for a while. There were literally cobwebs in various corners of the room & the sofa & walls were quite stained. Worst of all, the water was brownish in color when we turned on the taps. This was definitely not the standard we expected given the premium we paid for the room. Thankfully we were immediately changed to another Room 105 upon calling the reception. The new room was thankfully clean although we had some issues connecting the TV due to an unplugged cable. The breakfast buffet was delicious & we had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. There was also free laundry. Location was great - only a quick 10 to 15 minutes walk to the main street with tons of food. options.

Perfect Gem at the Heart of Lushan 🌿✨ Our stay here was nothing short of perfect. Located right in the heart of the charming Guling Street area, this hotel offers the best possible base for exploring the magical mountaintop world of Lushan Scenic Area. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s stunning design and thoughtful décor—elegant, calming, and full of character. The rooms were immaculate, and I have to say: the beds and pillows were hands down the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a hotel in China. Every detail was designed for true rest. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They went above and beyond to help us plan our visit—from guiding us through access to the Lushan Scenic Area, to helping us see the jaw-dropping Sandiequan Three Cascades Waterfall (a total must-see!), and even arranging a car for us to visit the majestic Donglin Big Buddha. If you’re visiting Lushan and want a serene, stylish, and welcoming place to stay—this is it. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

給父母訂的這家酒店，他們非常喜歡，主要是喜歡酒店的裝修風格和環境，很有歷史韻味。酒店的早餐非常一般，希望可以提高一些，另外就是附送下午茶，但是不管預訂幾天，都衹送一次，其實下午茶也就一小塊糕點一杯咖啡而已，點拿鐵還要另外加錢的，何必衹送一次呢，顯得有點小氣了。總體來講，父母非常喜歡這種有年代感有故事的酒店！

This was a bit further from 牯岭街 but no regrets staying here! It’s quieter and also quite near to the shuttle bus station (something 旧址station)! My boyfriend fell sick in the trip, and the receptionist was so kind to help us find the nearest hospital / help us collect our food / gave us thermometer etc They were really sweet and gave us some souvenirs too, and upgraded our room. The room was very clean, but be sure to close the windows properly as we had two beetle looking flies that flew in (but it’s a mountain area so I’m sure all hotels will have the same problem if you don’t close it!!) The receptionist also shared lots of tips with us, like which are the fun spots etc, and she patiently explained to us how it works. Food in the hotel was really great and surprisingly affordable. We had the stir fried pork and I really liked it. Overall a good experience. And the bath tub was to die for

The service is top notch and room very comfortable. Outside temperature was 30-40 f but it was very warm inside the room even without the floor heating turned on. Bedding is thick and comfortable, room is very quiet even though it faces the street with traffic, but you cannot hear anything. It’s great! I was sad to leave.

This hotel is on the uphill, inside the Lushan attraction. If you come to Lushan/Jiujiang by train, you need to go to their Sightseeing bus centre, and take their sightseeing bus to go up to another bus centre, and just give a call to the hotel, they would pick you up by a comfortable car. We had an unpleasant encounter with the didi driver driving us to the uphill, the driver was rude, even said to me “I got no time, just buy the ticket faster” (you need to purchase a ticket for the didi car and for yourself to drive up, an hour drive btw). So glad that the hotel staffs were all so nice and understanding. They welcomed us warmly, even listened to me complaining about the driver’s behaviour and rude remarks. They presented us with a welcoming fruit platter too! The hotel is clean, and very bear to Ruqin Lake. For my room, we got to wear 2 sets of hanfu for free (just put a deposit first, they’ll return the depo after you return the clothes). The staffs helped us bring our luggages into the room, even offered extra towel and room slippers since we came in 3. You got to experience brewing chinese tea by yourself too, since they prepared chinese tea leaves and chinese tea pot set in the room. Since we arrived there around 3, and had to take shower and clean up first, so we would only be able to start exploring Lushan at 4. The hotel staffs at the reception were so kind to prepare us with a map and gave us recommendations on places we can go, in the best order, since they know we would be walking until late at night. The picture of the lake is Ruqin Lake, it’s just in front of the hotel. As for the next morning, we had to wake up early to get a morning train from jiujiang to jingdezhen, so I asked for the receptionist’s help to make a wake-up call, in which they actually called our room at 4am! Thank you so much. Overall, the stay here was amazing! We will find for JI Hotel the next time we travel to China.

The wooden cabins are not as nice (clean, quiet, comfortable) as the main building’s rooms. You can literally hear the TV and conversations of the neighbors through the walls even if they’re just talking at an acceptable indoor volume. The bathroom is not really clean (toilet, shower mat). The location of the hotel is great except for when it comes to car pickup and drop off. I gave full marks (4x 5 stars) for my 1-night stay in the building, and 90% (2x 4 stars, 2x 5 stars) for my 3-night stay in the wooden cabin. This place was great all-in-all, but do be aware of the big difference between the regular room and the “upgraded” one. Oh, and the duo in the kitchen are a hoot! Loved them! Thank you to Shu Shu and Ayi for all the delicious food. Ask the staff for recommendations as well for what to do and where to go (weather conditions and time permitting). They were all very helpful.
