I actually came across this hotel while searching online for a place to stay for a few days before heading to Huanglong and Jiuzhaogou National Parks. It immediately caught my eye, and I am so glad I booked it because it completely lived up to its great reputation. It was the absolute highlight of my trip. Getting there was a breeze because the hotel arranged a pick-up and drop-off service. The front desk responded promptly whenever I had a question, which really reduced my anxiety about heading to an unfamiliar place. From the moment I walked through the doors, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Noticing it was my birthday, he kindly arranged something special for me, which was incredibly nice! That genuine warmth extended right to the restaurant staff, who were always smiling and patiently explaining the ******* dishes on the menu. The food was delicious and beautifully presented! The hotel itself is beautifully crafted in a traditional ******* style. Stepping inside, you can immediately tell how much care went into the design. The interior is full of thoughtful details, from the carved woodwork to the local textiles, and everything feels very high quality. Honestly, the whole atmosphere puts you at ease right away; it feels more like being welcomed into a warm, comfortable home. The property is perfectly situated halfway up a hillside. I loved the views of the snow-capped mountains and terraced farmland from the hotel balconies and my room windows. Looking down into the valley, you can see the village below. It is rare to find a place that perfectly nails the views, the accommodations, and the human connection all at once, but this hotel did exactly that. I will definitely come back when I visit China again.

We arrived at the hotel around 8 pm and since there were still rooms available, the owners kindly offered a room upgrade to two beds. The room was incredibly new and clean, and all amenities were provided! Huanglong is situated at about 3000m of elevation, and our room came equipped with oxygen, which allowed us to get a good nights rest. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast at the hotel, so good I forgot to take pictures. They offer free shuttle service to the scenic area, but the owner did us a huge favor by driving us to store our luggage first before taking us back down towards the cableway. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

今回の雲景湾ホテルでの滞在は、大満足でした！スタッフの皆さんは穏やかで礼儀正しく、チェックイン前に必要な情報を教えてくれたり、何か質問があればすぐに答えてくれたりしました。高地という客観的な条件を考えると、朝食がシンプルだったのは理解できますし、全体的な良い印象を損なうものではありませんでした。部屋は清潔で嫌な臭いもなく、快適に過ごせました。窓からの景色も素晴らしく、旅の疲れが癒されました。お客様一人ひとりに心を込めて接しているのが伝わる、おすすめのホテルです。旅行の宿泊先として最適です！

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here! Despite the city noise from a nearby construction site, the hotel itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It really exceeded our expectations and delivered on everything promised. We stayed in a beautiful suite on the 2nd floor with a cosy balcony that gave us plenty of privacy. On arrival, we were welcomed with afternoon tea and small snacks, which set the tone right away. The suite was sparkling clean — something very important to me — and even had a massive TV, perfect for winding down with a movie at night. Thoughtful touches like oxygen supplementation by the bed and an electric blanket for chilly nights made our stay extra comfortable. Honestly, we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. I personally loved the design of both the hotel and the room — it felt so warm and welcoming that I didn’t want to leave. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center of Songpan on a quieter street, just a few minutes’ walk to explore the whole town, grab coffee, or try local food. The staff were incredible — extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to our personal requests, even before our arrival. They really made us feel taken care of. Breakfast is a traditional Chinese-style one, with steamed buns, stir-fried veggies, eggs, and rice porridge. If that’s not your thing, there are plenty of nearby spots for coffee and other options. Overall, we left with the feeling that we had chosen the best hotel in town. I’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Songpan.

オーナーさんはとても親切でした。あの夜、九寨からこちらへ向かう途中、バスの運転手が川主寺鎮政府で降ろしてくれると言ったのに、町の端の道路に降ろされました。運転手は全く親切ではありませんでした。夜遅くに慣れない場所で、配車アプリも使えず、風も強くて寒かったので、最終的にオーナーに電話しました。するとオーナーはしばらくして迎えに来てくれました。あの夜、オーナーの車を見た瞬間は本当に救われた気持ちになりました😭。部屋は清潔で、川沿いにあり、遠くの山々が見え、川主寺にも近く、2ブロック歩けば数百メートルの距離です。朝食もまあまあで、青稞餅と牛乳は本当に美味しかったです。民宿の部屋、ロビーのダイニングテーブルの配置、そして食事もすべて民族色豊かでした。朝食中に小さなインコを2羽見かけました。たぶんオーナーが飼っているのでしょう、ハハハ、とても可愛かったです。全体的にこの民宿は悪くありませんでした。もしまた松潘を通ることがあれば、ここに泊まります！

レイアウトは合理的で、ファミリールームは非常に広く、テラスと床から天井までの窓があり、360度の山々の景色を眺めることができました。チェックインした初日に夕日を見ましたが、見ませんでした。朝の山は霧がかかるため、2日間は日の出を見ることができません。カーテンもトイレもスマートなので、室内と室外を邪魔しません。ホストファミリーはとても歓迎してくれます。事前に電話すれば、黄龍風景区のバスステーションまで送迎してもらえます。無料の朝食が付いており、女将さんが作ってくれる甘いパンケーキがとても美味しかったので、次回臨寧に滞在するときはこのお店にしようと思います。

部屋は信じられないほど広々として明るく、自然光がたっぷり入っていて☀️、ベッドは清潔で快適で、ぐっすり眠ることができました💤。オーナーとその家族はとても親切で、気配りの行き届いたサービスを提供してくれました😊。朝食はまさに家庭的な雰囲気で、オーナーとのおしゃべりは楽しいひとときでした。皆さんとても親切で、送迎サービスも提供してくれたので、移動がとても便利でした🚗。全体的に素晴らしい体験で、強くお勧めします👍!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ OZZ Nice 4 – Exceptional Hospitality & Stunning Mountain Views We had a fabulous stay at Ozz Nice 4. After returning from Jiuzhaigou by bus, Bella personally came to pick us up from the drop-off point — and from that moment, she looked after us through our entire stay. She recommended a wonderful barbecue place for dinner, dropped us there herself, and even arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the railway station on our departure day so we could enjoy sightseeing without having to return to the hotel. Although the hotel is a little out of the way, the seamless transportation made it feel effortless. The rooms were large, warm, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountain ranges. Breakfast was fully Chinese but tasty and filling. Overall, a truly great stay with genuine effort put into service. The only area needing improvement is the shower plumbing, which could use some attention.

ホテルにチェックインする前から、フロントデスクのスタッフから一流のおもてなしと気配りを受けました。荷物はチェックイン前にタクシーからホテルまで運んでくれました。その後、母の高山病を和らげるために温かいお茶で迎えられました。フロントデスクのスタッフが私たちの到着を待っていてくれたので、チェックインは楽々とできました。ホテルと部屋は伝統的な中国のデザインで、古代中国の町に滞在しているような雰囲気が漂います。ベッドには暖かさを保つためのウォーマーが付いています。給湯器はよく機能し、基本的なアメニティは十分です。ホテルのスタッフからは、この地域の名物である伝統的な*******茶葉と香りの良いお香のウェルカムギフトもいただきました。彼らはまた、特別なスープ鍋のディナーの手配を手伝ってくれ、素敵なレストランのスタッフがホテルまで来て私たちをレストランに案内してくれました。食事は素晴らしく、値段に見合う価値がありました。母は高山病で体調があまり良くなかったので、市内に健康マッサージがあるかどうか尋ねました。ホテルのスタッフが、******** ヘルス マッサージの予約を手伝ってくれて、そこまで車で送ってくれると言ってくれました。マッサージは美味しくて、値段も手頃でした。ホテルは松潘古鎮の中にあります。街の夜景は写真撮影に最適です。松潘のすべての観光スポットはすぐ近くにあります。バス停もすぐ近くで、車で約 3 分です。鎮江関で高速鉄道に乗る必要があったので、ホテルのスタッフがシャトル バスの乗り場まで送ってくれて、荷物などを持ってそこに座らせてくれました。駅までは無料のシャトル バスに乗るように勧められ、準備の時間についてもアドバイスしてくれました。このようなもてなしのおかげで、親戚の家にいるような気分になります。強くお勧めします。

私はホテルが好きでなければなりません。夕方10時以上に到着し、無料のピックアップマスターが時間通りに配置され、非常に熱心でした。ホテルはまた、スイートを無料でアップグレードし、チェックアウト時間は午後2時まで延長されました。特にマネージャーは、旅程の問題で時間内に店を出ることができなかったので、特に熱心でした。マネージャーは私たちがロビーで待っているのを見て、特別にサンシャインティールームでお茶を飲んで休ませてくれました。どうもありがとうございます!
