Остались в полном восторге от отеля! Персонал очень приветливый и внимательный, встречали и провожали просто прекрасно, помогали во всех вопросах . Очень понравилась вкусная кухня, живая музыка и потрясающе красивый водопад на территории. Приятно удивили, что при выезде дали с собой еду и воду в дорогу. Спасибо большое господину Беджой! Обязательно вернемся еще!!

We had a garden bungalow and the view was nice. Dinner was a set menu and the soups were always delicious and an interesting flavour. The place makes you slow down and relax as you enjoy the views and you can walk out of the hotel straight into a tea plantation. Staff members were helpful and friendly

Politely, I will just say this hotel is not a 5 Star hotel...maybe not even 4 Star. There are multiple reasons but I will say that one of the biggest reasons is mainly because of the front desk. They lack the understanding of genuine hospitality and a true 5 Star experience which goes above and beyond. To Mr. R.S. Gupta…it is time to make some serious changes at this location. 🙏🏽

It was a nice experience and view of munnar city, tea plantation, attakalu waterfall is awesome and mesmerizing. Facility and service all are also good. Receptionist is active and respond quickly. It doesn't have running restaurant so we need to order 1 hours before but all cooked foods are in good cost, delicious and fresh and stay has a restaurant where we can sit and eat. It has some open space for parking. The only thing need to worry is that entrace is too steep and 100 to 200 metre off-road needed to reach the hotel. It also has a play area for kids and sit out. In walking distance you can see waterfall, st. Cannes church and tata tea plantation. Really nice experience.

I travel-led as a family and booked presidential suite here. Great view from hotel. Enjoyed the stay there. Excellent food buffet for morning breakfast and ambience is great. Few issues were there with toilet but it was attended and resolved within minutes.

美しく手入れの行き届いたこのリゾートで素晴らしい滞在をしました。スタッフは親切で気配りが行き届いており、滞在をさらに快適なものにしてくれました。朝食は種類はそれほど多くありませんでしたが、とても美味しかったです。駐車場が広いのも嬉しいポイントです。全体的に見て、文句なしの4つ星リゾートで、ぜひまた泊まりたいです！

The property is not very well maintained one, for instance door latch of my room was not fitted properly, and often got a stinking smell in the washroom. Food options were very limited and complementary breakfast was eatable at best. Only positive thing is it's wonderful location amid-st a plantation and helpful nature of the manager.

Rooms are spacious with very courteous staff and excellent service. They entertained requests like change of room (to ground floor), late checkout etc. Food was good and tasty only downside was dinner was only buffet and i didn't want to have a heavy dinner, so had to go outside for food.
