"I am a regular at this particular Premier Inn for a variety of reasons: 1. It’s in a very convenient location 2. It has a good sized car park 3. The rooms are ALWAYS clean, well stocked and spacious 4. The staff! Every member of staff is friendly, welcoming and they cannot do enough to help you. Fridah the manager is always a pleasure to see, lovely to chat to and remembers the small details about you. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to stay (apart from when it’s fully booked, and with the service you receive, the hotel is always fully booked, a massive testament to the staff)!"

Westone Manor Hotel
"My wife and I recently booked a 3-night stay at the Westone Manor Hotel. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sansuta, one of the receptionists. She was friendly, polite, professional, and accommodating in every way, especially to our room needs, as my wife is an amputee and in a wheelchair. Although the room that she allocated was not advertised as an accessible room, it was suitable for our needs. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything that you needed, with fresh towels each day. The Reception Bar area is accessible and well presented, with quiet, peaceful areas if you need, and Pribean, a member of the staff, was also friendly. The restaurant area has its own bar area and is much more tranquil, and some of the seating overlooks the wonderful, peaceful garden area, which can also be accessed from the restaurant. The food menu has a varied range of choices and reasonaly priced, and the food was good. We were welcomed by Kanchan, a member of the restaurant staff, again very friendly, Polite and Helpful. On reflection of our stay, although the hotel is located in a residential area, it is very quiet, peaceful, and has lovely surroundings, clean throughout all areas, and the rooms are fairly priced. We slept soundly during our stay. We were made very welcome, and all the staff are wonderful; nothing is too much trouble. A special thank you to Heema and Charlie, who also made our stay fantastic. Highly recommend it if you need to stay in this area. We shall be booking a return stay in about 3-4 weeks. Des & Kaz."

"This Hotel is in a good location, with walks around and close to Olney and Northampton. The staff are lovely and the Spa is really good! However, on Trip.com the hotel is advertising a picture of a pool. This pool does not exist. Please advise the hotel to that this down. Overall, a nice place to stay for a few days!!"

"Room clean and facilities ok for price. Just not much external lighting when trying to find the room in the dark. Also could do with updating heating systems as does make continuous noises. Not the best of night sleep"
