"The moment we opened the door the smell hit us. It smelt old and musty. No fresh air, it had a window but we didn't open it because we were not sure if anyone could access it. It was late and we were confused exactly where we were in the property. It was hard to find parking on sight, but we were given a space after explaining not feeling safe with the car left on the road. They were kind enough to offer a space. It was good to see a kettle, cups with tea or coffee with milk sachets and an air dryer. A TV was in the room but we didn't use it. The main bed was lumpy and sunken in to the point it was a bit unsafe if you're not careful how to sit or getting out of bed. You can tell you can see that where many people have spelt and sat. The other smaller bed we took firm for the other person described, it as sleeping on concrete. The room looked old and tired, we couldn't even sleep.. people slammed doors every single time throughout the night. I have to say it may be the worse place we have stayed pretaining noise level. Children running up and down the hall way in the morning it was a nightmare. We were not rested at all. The sheets were clean along side shower/towel were clean the water was hot coming out the shower and adequate toilet rolls but very cheap recycled ones. I didn't like the unclean walls many parts were stained with mess of some kind. And not sure when was the last carpets were shampoo and cleaned. It feels like a place that we're who don't have anywhere to go and they can stay for the cheap like one step from being homeless kind of vibe. We only spent one night and that was enough because we didn't feel it was quiet and peaceful. The receptionist was pleasant on arrival and departure. Overall 3 out of 5 for our stay."
