"We chose this hotel because we had a reservation at La Verrière, the hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant. What an incredible place this turned out to be. The hotel is beautifully built into the cliffs in a series of terraces. You arrive at the top, where the valet takes care of your car, and then make your way down through the property. There are several swimming pools, as well as a beach restaurant with sun loungers and full service. The beach is reached via a series of stairs, but if you have limited mobility, a golf cart can take you almost all the way down. The rooms are modern and well-appointed, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Our room also had a small balcony with seating, overlooking part of the pool area and, of course, the Mediterranean Sea. The bar is stylish and inviting, with wonderfully comfortable lounge chairs that make it easy to settle in and enjoy a drink. In the morning, an extensive breakfast buffet is served, and there's a chef preparing eggs to order. The staff is young and enthusiastic. At times they seemed to benefit from a bit more guidance from senior team members, but every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly, attentive, and eager to provide excellent service. We'll definitely be back—next time, we'll stay for more than just a couple of nights."
