"the rooms are not the ones in the picture. I refused two rooms with open windows when I walked in and smelled of mold. Thay have offered a third room, called business and with 5 (!) euro more expensive! No more smell of mold, but the towels were not changed, the wardrobe had a single bathrobe and a pair of slippers and the wc basin had traces of faeces! I recommend you to go at any other hotel in Oradea, as we did. So, we hade a bad experiece that has made us shorten the visit to this beautiful city!"

"Horrible place. Outdated, so out of date. The hotel really needs to be redesigned and renovated!!! 1. A receptionist who can't read a map provided by the hotel? Who doesn't know where the hotel is located? I was amazed. This was a first. 2. No air conditioning on the 3rd floor. The room felt suffocating, like a cage. 3. The toilet was so high up - horrible, 4th, the elevator - so slow, oh my god, so slow. 5. The hotel garage was so dangerous to get in/out of, I've never been in such a tight location. 6. I was told to be there at 6:00 PM for a massage. The masseur didn't even show up, so at 6:30 PM I was asked if I wanted someone else to massage me? Seriously??? Didn't you think about having her come in place of the first person who couldn't? 7. The mattress was completely worn out. Honestly one of the worst reviews I've ever given, but NO - 4 stars for this place, sorry. There is no way this hotel got 4 stars.."
