"I stayed at Aris Hotel and Spa for five nights and absolutely loved everything about it. The hotel is new, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern facilities that make your stay exceptionally comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you might need. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to start the day right. The location is another big plus; set in a quiet, peaceful area, yet only a 10–11 minute walk to Oradea’s city center. I highly recommend Aris Hotel and Spa to anyone visiting Oradea. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality."

"Horrible place. Outdated, so out of date. The hotel really needs to be redesigned and renovated!!! 1. A receptionist who can't read a map provided by the hotel? Who doesn't know where the hotel is located? I was amazed. This was a first. 2. No air conditioning on the 3rd floor. The room felt suffocating, like a cage. 3. The toilet was so high up - horrible, 4th, the elevator - so slow, oh my god, so slow. 5. The hotel garage was so dangerous to get in/out of, I've never been in such a tight location. 6. I was told to be there at 6:00 PM for a massage. The masseur didn't even show up, so at 6:30 PM I was asked if I wanted someone else to massage me? Seriously??? Didn't you think about having her come in place of the first person who couldn't? 7. The mattress was completely worn out. Honestly one of the worst reviews I've ever given, but NO - 4 stars for this place, sorry. There is no way this hotel got 4 stars.."
