「部屋への入場システムと少し混乱した後、メッセージを誤解したことが主だったのが私のせいだったが、これは24番のサポート番号への通話で迅速に対処した。おそらく、コミュニケーションの2つの明確な、別のタイトルの下で、エントリープロセスとルームエントリーシステムをリストすることは、より明確になるかもしれません。また、駐車場は何らかの方法で番号付けされたり、部屋番号で識別できることも示唆されましたが、これはそうではありませんでした。それらの小さなものを除いて、両方ともすぐに対処され、部屋は清潔で、十分なサイズで、私たちにたくさんの軽食と朝食のオプションを提供してくれました。共有スペースは清潔で歓迎のようでした。ベッドは快適でシャワーは素晴らしかったが、存在していた薄いネットパネルの窓カバーの上にカーテンやブラインドが付いたはずだった。間違いなく再び戻ってきます、城から良い距離-徒歩約30分-支払った価格に良い値」

SukieYWalking distance to town, clean and spacious. Just one down side for the lounge with sofa bed. Pretty noisy with traffic outside but it calms down after midnight.

Steve QlyRoom 2 has been refurbished since our last stay and is bright, clean and comfortable.
The Queen in the west is an easy walk to the City centre, so ideally located and a great pub.
The welcome was warm and friendly.
Unfortunately, no-one knew the password for the BnB WiFi, and the stairs to our room were interesting, even for able-bodied pensioners, hence 4 for amenities.
I would still recommend this as a great place to stay for a trip to this beautiful city.

Do you have a nearby bus station and park around , The hotel works with restaurants and has better deals as hotel guests So no need to worry no way to get food .
All the staff are very friendly and welcoming !

Service was nice, the room sadly was a bit dated, wallpaper peeling on the walls and the rust spots in the enamel of the bath was not good. There was a smell outside the entrance of sewage treatment. The room served its purpose as a place to sleep but as an experience rating it’s a flatline from me. The place needs a bit of TLC.

ゲストIt's difficult to write this as I want to do justice to the lovely staff but also have to acknowledge that our accommodation was less than satisfactory. The room was tired with chipped old furniture, stained carpet and headboard and cracked sanitary ware. The view was lovely but even this and the staff didn't justify the price we paid for what we got.
Wouldn't go back unless there was a substantial refurbishment.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel was super cozy and quiet, and they gave us breakfast every day. The sheets were so clean, and they changed the towels every day.
