The staff is incredibly friendly and very accommodating. We are staying here while a loved one is in the hospital. The staff was very helpful as we had to book another night and they were able to keep us in the same room at the last minute. Big shout out to Luke at the front desk. Thanks everyone!

Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would happy to book here again. The service at the front desk and the central location are definitely the highlights. However, I felt the breakfast selection was a bit underwhelming, as it primarily consisted of bagels and muffins. I’d suggest expanding the menu to include more options for a more balanced start to the day.

The room was very big and had a jacuzzi tub with it which we enjoyed very much. Location was great as there were many stores and restaurants on Route 9. Place looked a little sketchy at first but we had no problems or issues. Pillows were flat and not the best but the bed was comfy. Would definitely recommend for a nights stay when in Latham NY
