ゲゲスト清掃/専用スタッフ/施設:
このヒルトンは、クリーブランドに滞在するのに最適な場所です。チェックインするとすぐに歓迎されました(ありがとう、カデン!)。長い旅の末、夜遅くに到着したので、快適な滞在を保証するための彼の温かい歓迎とコミュニケーションは大きな意味がありました。真夜中、数人のスタッフが私の紛失したバッグを検索してくれてとても親切でした。一晩中マネージャーのMJはチェックアウト前に私たちをチェックしました。滞在中は素晴らしいコミュニケーション。フロントデスクの近くには、24 人用のヘルシーな食べ物や飲み物の素晴らしい選択があります。部屋は快適なベッドと枕でとてもきれいでした。私たちはここに戻ってきます!ありがとう、すべての献身的なスタッフ。

CCoolFay丶場所はとても良いです、市内中心部に近い**。家は古く見えますが、設備は清潔で設備が整っており、スタッフはとてもプロフェッショナルです。とても静かで賞賛されました。テレビもとても良いです

ゲゲストI had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with the front desk staff.
I arrived at the hotel Sunday 01 march around 12:30 PM and politely asked if early check-in was possible. The two women working at the reception told me that no rooms were available until 4:00 PM. I said that was fine and that I would wait in the lobby.
However, while I was waiting, several other guests arrived and they were checked in immediately. It was very clear that rooms were available, which made the situation feel unfair.
Later, I approached the desk again with the same guests who were checking in and said that I had a reservation for today. The receptionist acted as if nothing had happened and looked visibly annoyed.
During check-in, she tried to charge my card again for the reservation, even though my booking had already been fully paid online. When I saw the amount and asked what it was for, she could not clearly explain it. I had to tell her again that the reservation was already paid.
Both receptionists then started checking the system and appeared irritated and nervous in front of other guests. Eventually they explained that there was a security deposit of $50 per day, which I completely understood and agreed with.
However, they attempted to charge the wrong amount again, and I had to question it once more before they finally corrected the charge to the proper deposit amount.
Overall, the situation was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. First I was told to wait until 4 PM while other guests were checked in, and then I had to deal with confusion about charges that should have been clear from the beginning.
The hotel facilities are good, but the front desk service was very disappointing and needs improvement.

AAdam Kime建物が魅力的だったのに対し、客室、アメニティ、サービスは、デイズインで得られるものよりはましではなかった。
サービスや設備についても奇妙な点がいくつかありました。まず、ホテルは屋外と屋内プール(とホットタブ)の両方を誇っていました。屋外プールは閉鎖され、ホットタブは排水されていました。その上、ホテルはプールを利用するために紙の腕帯を着用することを要求(または払い戻しなしで追放される)したが、まずプールに入るにはアクティブルームキーが必要。ある時、デスクマネージャーが来てプールの家族に手首のバンドを出してもらいました。本当にぎこちなく。プールのセットアップはきちんとして珍しいです。屋外プールは屋内プールとコミュニケーションをとり、屋外プールエリアに開くスライドドア付きのプールサイドルームを用意できます。屋外プールが開いている限り、きちんとした機能になりますが、そうではありませんでした。
また、氷の機械が機能しない、家を掃除するなどの奇妙な故障があり、チェックアウト前に部屋を掃除しようとしました。
要するに、私はむしろ安いホテルに行きました。経験は余分な費用の価値がありませんでした。

DDianaОтель средний,в первом номере сгорел обогреватель и видно было что его чинили даже не собрали обратно . Раньше указанного времени не заселяют без доплаты как во многих отелях. Ванная в плачевном состояние . В принципе на одну две ночи сойдет за эту цену . На ресепшен купить напиток или что либо еще только наличные .

CColleen Oberst King bedI was extremely disappointed as soon as I arrived I went to check in I was already was exhausted from being at my Brother in laws funeral services all day. I unfortunately wasn't able to check in for my first night due to unexpected situations that happened with my Family. I was able to finally go get some rest and that was on my second day of my 2 Day reservation which was at this point 5:00am and the lady who was checking me in told me that they canceled my reservation and no refund which fine I get it for the first night because I was not able to check in but for the second day I couldn't understand why they would cancel my second day for no reason at all. So as I was standing there already exhausted and

Ssomnium_viatoremGreat value for the price. Got a queen suite with a small kitchenette. Bathroom sink barely worked, only a slight trickle of water came out, but at least there was a fully functioning kitchen sink. Toilet flush handle was broken when we first arrived but they did fix it promptly once we brought it to their attention. Bed mattress was fairly comfy. Front desk staff was attentive for the most part. Kitchen wares such as pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. were available for loan which was a nice amenity. However, I had some trouble getting one of the burners on the stove to work. Rooms were fairly clean but could use an update. Elevators were dirty though, trash and dust all over the floors of them. Laundry facilities were decent and had many washers and dryers available in good condition. Exercise room was small but decent. No weights though, just an elliptical, treadmill, and spin bike. It was open 24/7 though which was cool. Also, they advertise breakfast, but all they have is shitty coffee in the early mornings that quickly runs out.
