"立地は最高か、まあまあかのどちらかです。ペルピニャンで何をするかによります。私たちは夜遅くに電車で通りかかり、到着したので、ホテルの立地は完璧でした！駅の出口から2分以内です。しかし、レストラン、ショップ、市内中心部へのアクセスとなると、他の選択肢もあります。 部屋自体はとても広々としていて清潔で、騒音もほとんど聞こえず、ホテル内でも多くのサービスが提供されています。 スタッフは親切で、とても助かりました。ただ…ホテルからそれほど遠くないレストラン「ジャン」（Guinguette du Jean）に行くように勧められました。料理はあまり美味しくなく、値段も高く、待ち時間も長すぎました！レストランの雰囲気は魅力的ですが、飲み物を飲みながら装飾を楽しむだけにすることをお勧めします。料理を楽しみたいなら、駅の反対側の店の方が（もっと良い）選択肢がたくさんあります。"

"Excellent base for Perpignan and the surrounding area, very quiet most days, almost like we had the place to ourselves, my wife and I spent 10 days here, which appeared to be longer than most guests, but we enjoyed every moment of it. Nice breakfast, great pool, jacuzzi, very comfortable room, exceptional hosts, definitely recommend."

"We booked to stay for 2 nights due to the central location of the hotel. At no time when we made our booking were we made aware that there is a large renovation project going on in the 2nd floor of the building. I guess we should have realised when we walked past all the scaffolding to access the hotel! Our mistake. We had a large room with a balcony on the 1st floor overlooking the town hall. There was unfortunately quite a lot of noise during the night from revellers which I guess one might expect at such a central location. However the noise of the workmen with their drills and hammers from 7am onwards should not have to be expected and in our opinion is totally unreasonable. The hotel should not be open whilst the renovations are ongoing and at the very least guests should be told about it when they book and given the option to cancel. We did not stay for the second night and were given a refund but no discount was given for the first night or even an apology despite my asking. Very disappointing."

"I will be leaving this review as average (not very extraordinary). Previously i have stayed in Ibis-Budget hotels, so i have idea how economic they are and accordingly what can we expect in return. However this time i chose (non-budget) in a hope to get better than budget option. May be i had higher expectations, i am not too sure. However, there were certainly few things which were important to mention. I stayed in Room No. 10 on 26 March 2024, and found out that the shower sewerage was blocked, hence water was accumulated in the shower area. Informed hotel administration, and the staff just said she has made a note of this. Afterwards didn't see any action. So couldn't take shower before checking out. This was one of the major issue i faced. Rooms were average (almost same if i was staying at Ibis Budget). Nothing too bad, nor anything extraordinary to be fair. However breakfast options were good and i must admit that they had good variety of buffet items they were offering. They have got their own secured parking for customers, so this is a plus point. Overall i shall mark my stay as average."

"部屋は写真で見たよりも狭かったです。写真ではベッドの両側にスペースがありましたが、実際に案内された部屋はベッド周りに全くスペースがなく、かなり狭かったです。 さらに、室温はサーモスタットをつけていても非常に低く、しかもサーモスタットの音がうるさかったです。実際、コートを着て寝ても寒かったです。私は普段寒がりではないのですが、寒がりな方は寝るのに苦労するかもしれません。 また、部屋に鍵がありませんでした。他の部屋には鍵がかかっている音がしたので、私の部屋もそうだったのでしょう。ドアが薄く、鍵も簡素なものだったので、安心して寝ることができませんでした。 バスルームと部屋の一部は清潔ではありませんでした。 そして最後に、枕の音と寝心地の悪さで一晩中眠れませんでした。あらゆる方向から音が聞こえてきました。 このホテルを予約した時は、イビスバジェットのようなシンプルなホテルを想像していましたが、全く違いました。このホテルで唯一良かった点は、フロントのスタッフの対応が非常に親切だったことだけです。それ以外は、どんなに安くても二度と泊まりたくありません。"
