Located just 4.8 miles from the nearby town of Mathews where all of your daily shopping needs can be met, 14 miles to nearby Gloucester for those hard-to-find items, 39 miles to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg, and about an hour-and-a-half to Virginia Beach. Centrally located with Virginia's capitol, Richmond, to the north, the mountains to the west, ocean beaches to the east and so much more in every direction, our house is an ideal place to call your home away from home.Guest accessThe main living area of the house is on the ground floor. While you are technically reserving the entire house because no other 'guests' will be there during your stay, you have access to the 1,460 sq ft fully finished downstairs basement level plus all exterior yard, deck and dock amenities. You will not have access to the interior ground level areas.Note that your host will also be on property. They will stay on the ground floor and while you may sometimes see them, they will not be a bother to you unless you desire to interact with them.
