"1. After entering the room, I wiped it with a wet paper towel. There was slight dust, but the sheets were still relatively clean. 2. At about 8 o'clock in the evening, there was water dripping above the toilet in the bathroom. Later, I found that there was also a water mark on the ceiling above the sink. The customer service and engineering department staff came very quickly. After finding out the cause, they told them that it was caused by bathing upstairs, and then asked for an umbrella as a backup. There was no more leakage in the morning. 3. The indoor refrigerator cannot be opened, and the food is placed in the customer service department to be refrigerated. 4. The gym was changed into a wedding banquet venue without prior notice. 5. There are still many restaurants around the hotel. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good."

"Very bad 👎 1. The only light in the room was above the bed, which was very dim. 2. The window wouldn't close, and there was a constant draft. It was fine in the summer, but freezing in the winter. 3. The hot water took 5 minutes to heat up. 4. The bath towels were tattered. 5. The wet and dry areas weren't separated, so the bathroom was flooded after a shower. 6. The overall room decor was old and tired. I'm not sure what the newly renovated room was. 7. There was no one at the front desk when I checked in and checked out, so I had to wait for quite a while. 8. The overall service and decor were disproportionate to the price. It was really bad."
