The home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. It has a dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and full-sized fridge and freezer. There is a gas grill on the deck with both outdoor and indoor dining options. WIFI is provided. The living room and primary bedroom has a TV with FireStick so you can log-in to watch any of your streaming apps. If you prefer to unplug, there are also books, puzzles, and games!There's a wood burning fireplace for cold nights as well as thermostats for temperature control in each room. On warmer summer nights, each room has a ceiling fan and additional floor fans for your use. The house also features a whole-house fan to help cool things down quickly in the evenings. Most homes in the area are not equipped with air conditioners, but the whole-house fan really makes a difference on the warmer days! The utility room has a washer and dryer for your use. Head up to the many lakes located in Lakes Basin for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking, or spend a day hiking or mountain biking. If you prefer fishing, walk down to the Feather River or check out nearby Lake Davis. We're a short drive from downtown Graeagle where you can spend the day shopping, eating, and enjoying some sun at Mill Pond. There's a gas station and small grocery store in town for essentials, and a larger grocery store in nearby Quincy or Portola. Make sure to check out the many dining options the area has to offer!If historical outings interest you, then you can visit the Western Pacific Railroad Museum in Portola, the Jamison Mine Complex, or the Plumas-Eureka State Park.
