"正直言って、最高の経験とは言えませんでした。まず、追加ゲストのために追加料金を支払わなければなりませんでした（結局3つの料金が違っていたので、あまりプロフェッショナルとは言えませんでした）。チェックイン時間は45分でした。すぐ外に大通りがあるので、時々少し騒がしかったです。レストランは入り口の隣にありましたが、メインディッシュはハンバーガーだけで、ビールは高く、入り口が隣にあるため冷えていました。駐車違反切符は最初の3日間は使えませんでした。幸いにもtrip.comが補償してくれたので、今回も素晴らしいカスタマーサービスを受けることができましたが、次回は別のホテルを選びたいと思います。"

"Everything else was fine. It would be better if the sheets were white. Self-check-in was a bit inconvenient, but it was convenient nonetheless. There were bus stops and restaurants nearby, and I even got a haircut while I was there."

"立地は最高ですが、それだけです。部屋はディスコのすぐ隣にあり、深夜2時まで楽しめます。最初に泊まった部屋はシャワーにカビが生えていて、バスルームの仕上がりも悪く、タオルを掛けようとしたら壊れてしまいました。夜中にディスコがあったので、文句を言ったら別の部屋に案内されました。ここは傾斜した屋根の下にあるバスタブでシャワーを浴びるしかありませんでした。成功しました。また夜中にディスコがあり、深夜1時まで眠れませんでした。何度もスタッフに連絡しましたが、警察を呼ぶだけでした。"

"This is a wonderful small hotel in a terrific central location right off the main square. Be advised that you walk into the restaurant at first and then have to take the stairs up to reception on the next level. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was very nice as well- you could even order eggs freshly made. Don't sleep on the main level restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner- I had a wonderful lunch here on my last day. I would not hesitate to stay here again should I return to Pilsen!"

"Great Location In Pilsen. Near the town square, lots of good restaurants near by. The owner Jan met us and had a reserved parking spot for us(on the street) . He was cordial and spoke pretty good English. He showed us around the hotel. Gave us great recommendations for local food.Our double room was large and comfy . It really is old European style. Breakfast was very good. We visited the Beer Museum and the underground tour (at the Beer Museum. I highly recommend it. "

"The Palace staff were very friendly and helpful to help us solve the problem, but when we arrived at the hotel, the door was closed and only a note was left asking us to go to another hotel at the end of the street for check-in! There is only a designated time for front desk service, other times can only be called! The buffet breakfast is rich in food and you can choose what you like. The hotel is attached to the ancient city and can walk to various attractions. The room is fully equipped! Eat in the hotel's quarantined restaurant, show a 5% discount on the room!"

"We are now there every year for 5 years for a long weekend and everyone is very hearty. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is perfectly enough and very good. We have booked again for next year, center 5 to 10 minutes walk, to amphitheatre 20 minutes when you walk nicely. A large shopping market is not 5 minutes away. Top Hotel."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. Very well sound-proofed. The hotel is far away from the city center, with limited possibilities for activitites - not recommended for a longer stay. The breakfast very basic, coffee disgusting. We did not try the wellness area, but the bowling was fun."
