"I'm a but conflicted with this hotel because some parts were really good but some not so good. The room was big and airy however the bed was too soft that it felt like my whole body fell into a hole and that made it difficult to sleep. Before going to sleep the geyser in the room started leaking and the shower head fell off when I was taking a shower. So it felt like I was given a room that was under renovations or something. However, the good part is that the food was super delicious and the staff's customer service was so good. You know that the place is well run when the customer experience is the same from reception, to staff at the diving area and even the cleaner (my opinion 😉)"

"My wife and I made a stopover here on our way between national parks. The position is very good if you don't want to go through town. We did not enjoy the motel due to the following issues. No lift - We were on the 3rd floor. With heavy and multiple bags, it was a tough slog. We were not aware of this beforehand. Air Conditioner is very noisy, and as it was a hot night, which made it almost impossible to sleep. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Nothing mentioned on the website or when booking was made. Our room was right at the top of the stairs, and the doors are not very sound proof, so we heard people talking in the hallway and on the stairs late at night and early morning. (Tip - Do not get rooms 50 or 51) Breakfast was ok, but a little expensive compared to what we normally pay. It's not an expensive hotel, but not really cheap. I don't think I would stay there again. "

The room was good too, however the shower in our room wasn’t so great and there aren’t any ironing services. There is an ironing board and iron available if necessary though. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay, would highly recommend to others."
