The furniture looked like it wasn't nailed down and the drawers were crooked. The elevator was very slow and sometimes it didn't work normally, so we had to use a card and once I got stuck with the elevator open on the fourth floor"

"False advertising that this is a 5 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel by North American standards. The hotel is in such disrepair- wallpaper peeling in the hallways, lamp shades broken in the bed room, stained carpet, pillows that appear to be from the Soviet era. The worst thing about it is that the staff don’t care - when I requested different pillows I was told they would be replaced with exactly the same thing. Sure, in the distance you can see the Black Sea, but it’s far from being on the beach (you have to cross a road and parking lot.). "

"We had a wonderful stay at Festa Via Pontica Hotel. Everything was excellent – the hotel is clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The pools are well maintained, the food is delicious, and the whole staff is friendly and professional. We would especially like to thank  the Reception Manager. Always smiling, kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Made us feel at home from the very first day and was always ready to assist with any request. Special thanks also go to Adi, the Restaurant Manager. He is very professional, friendly, and always happy to give advice and make sure every guest is satisfied. His dedication and positive attitude are truly appreciated. We highly recommend Festa Via Pontica Hotel to everyone looking for a relaxing holiday with outstanding service. "It was a huge disappointment. Overpriced, the quality is not up to par. Parking space has to be paid for separately. Lounge chairs have to be paid for separately. No internet in the room. After asking to turn on the internet, unfortunately nothing changed. The staff is not competent and not friendly. I advise everyone, please do not spoil your vacation, do not choose this hotel ever!
