"I am staying here now and I am shocked how inaccurate all negative reviews are , the hotel is gorgeous- great spa with many saunas and pools, fantastic medical procedures, close to shops, restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the centre. Breakfast is plentiful and the rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and cleaned to a very high standard. Direct access to a gorgeous beach- pure heaven! The only slight criticism is , where I agree with some other peoples comments- it would be nice to have a tour desk or at least some info about sightseeing available. Otherwise I truly recommend this hotel for those who want to spend relaxing quality time and improve their health"

"私は妻と妹と一緒にミニ休暇のために5泊しました。ホテルは町の中心部にあるとても美しい建物です。部屋は大丈夫ですが、一種の改修が必要です。4-starホテルの場合、バス用のスリッパなど、部屋にもっと多くのものを提供する必要があります。ルーンの掃除は毎日非常に早く利用可能でした。丁寧で親切なスタッフですが、英語やドイツ語を話すのはごくわずかです。無料の屋内プールとスパ(サウナ、ハマムなど)はとても良いです。スパトリートメントパッケージがたくさんあります。女性は毎日アロマトセラピーや泥を使った医療を試してみましたが、楽しんだと思います。問題は、責任者がブルガリア語とロシア語だけを話していたので、治療計画のためにブルガリア語でコミュニケーションをとらなければならないことでした(言語知識のレベルは低いです!朝食はとても美味しくて豊富で、屋内と屋外で提供されました。私たちは一度レストランを試しましたが、それは本当に良かったです。ホテルには素晴らしい屋上ガーデンバー(ジャクジー付き!!!)、街と海の素晴らしい景色を眺めながら、飲み物で夜を過ごしました。この地域の駐車場は非常に困難ですが、ホテルは多くの解決策を提供しています。私にとって最高のことは、ホテルの前の駐車場を6ユーロで早く予約することであり、毎日の遠足から戻ってきたので、私の駐車場は常に利用可能でした。 一般的に、私は滞在に満足しており、ポモジェを再び訪れるなら、私はこのホテルを好むでしょう。"

"We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel! Everything was perfectly planned and well thought out – from the restaurant, where the food was delicious and varied, to the comfortable and cozy room. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the cleaning was impeccable. Our holiday was truly wonderful and relaxing thanks to the professionalism of the entire team. We would especially like to thank Ivo and Ani at the reception – they were incredibly polite, kind, and always ready to assist. They made our stay even more enjoyable. "It was a huge disappointment. Overpriced, the quality is not up to par. Parking space has to be paid for separately. Lounge chairs have to be paid for separately. No internet in the room. After asking to turn on the internet, unfortunately nothing changed. The staff is not competent and not friendly. I advise everyone, please do not spoil your vacation, do not choose this hotel ever!
