"手頃な価格の価格は、ホテルの改装の絶望的な必要性を反映しています。私たちが与えられた最初の部屋は、禁煙ルームとしてマークされているにもかかわらず、古いタバコの強い匂いがしました。2番目の部屋は大丈夫なにおいがしましたが、窓が壊れ、バスルームのトイレとシャワーがひび割れて汚れていて、ベッドはとても快適ではありませんでした(古いマットレスのように感じました)。廊下のカーペットは、掃除機をかけられたことのないようです。私たちは朝食を利用しませんでしたが、ワッフル、ジュース、そしていくつかのモッコリーとフルーツを提供しているようでした。スタッフはよかったです。"

"This is a fantastic hotel. It opened in December. We stayed here prior to flying out of Spokane on our way to Nashville for a convention at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel (which charges several hundred dollars per nights stay) The Hyatt hotel in Post Falls was MUCH nicer, cleaner and WAY more affordable than the higher priced hotel in Nashville! Very friendly staff. Breakfast is not included with the stay but is also more affordable at $11 per person than the Opryland Hotel at $36 per person!! The closest airport is about 2 hours away from us so we will definitely plan to stay here again prior to flying out of Spokane International. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
