"This place is just magical. As soon as you enter you understand you did the best choice. The place is designed by an architect with great attention to details. Common areas including a small chic restaurant and more are so unique and beautiful. The rooms are amazing, high level of everything from design of furniture to towels, robes, sitting area, rugs etc. everything is just wow! We wish we could stay for longer as this is definitely the best place we stayed in during our entire trip but they had no availability. I suggest booking in advance as the 10 rooms get filled quickly. Special atmosphere, special place we lived and hope we can come back to one day!"

"The best of this hotel is the location. Full center near everything. This very good and complete breakfast. It is very simple, without great luxury. The room that touched us very small. Although there are bigger. Comfortable bed, with good air conditioning. Recommended to be on the door."

"Beautiful hotel with a bespoke experience created by wonderful staff. The hotel is located by a river. Although you can't see the river from the hotel it's only a couple of minutes walk from it and the grounds are located amongst what feels like natural vegetation. The living room and bar area are architecturally beautiful and you feel like you are in your own home. The breakfast was of a high quality and generous. The usual fruit, bread and pastries but with a choice of cooked eggs. They also had some lovely loose leaf and alternative teas like hibiscus flowers. We stayed in a standard room. We could hear a bit of noise from reception but nothing that kept us awake. The bathroom was very spacious and they provide good quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion which a lot of hotels don't. The reception staff including breakfast staff were efficient while still being friendly. Special mention to Valentina and Louis. Owner Juan Carlos also went out of his way to help me try and reclaim the iva when our payment had gone in on CLP and not USD. Things that would make this five star: Invest in a spare kettle so you can loan it out to non coffee drinking guests. The staff are very happy to generously provide milk and hot water whenever you want but it would cause less friction for guests to have the ability to make this for themselves. Also a small fridge you can loan out to the room as and when guests needed would be useful. "

"Nice hotel with large rooms. Well maintained, good amenities including hot tubs and a Padel course. There is also a nice trail in the woods behind the hotel The staff is very nice, polite and attentive. Very good restaurant that works with their own organic orchard. Recommended!"
