"The location is excellent. Its central but in a quiet street. Its what i would call pokey but others might say cozy. The mattress in my room was really uncomfortable. The floorboards were really creaky so upstairs occupants coming back later than us or getting up earlier than us seemed really noisy. The place was not very clean and the kitchen was cramped and stale smelling. There weren't enough toilets downstairs as i had to wait to use the bathroom on several occasions. It was peak season so may be less crowded off peak. There was an outside loo but that definitely wasn't clean. There is a garden area but if you sit out it means you are sitting on top of the washing line. The owner is nice enough and some might say friendly but i found him intrusive and he had many rules you much abide by."

"This hotel with some like 40 rooms has an excellent location if you want to park and not drive to the beach nor any restaurants. Also has a great terrace looking at the Volcano. Great alternative. Amd one of the best in pucon.. very decent nreakfast amd you can ask for an omelete or egg your way. All included. I would add an expresso machine for us the coffee adicts"

"Absolutely lovely hostel. Owner was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Room was lovely with good quality, sturdy bunks (no creaking or broken ladders that you sometimes find). Air conditioning unit was a bonus too, as we went in later winter so still nippy at night and we apprecited the controllable heating! Nicely located on a quiet street, but still just a short walk from town centre. Would definitely recommend!!"

"It’s relatively small so it feels immediately comfortable. The decor and style is mid-century. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable. There are fantastic views from the rooms of Lake Villarica. The grounds are spectacular. It is like a park with a private beach. We enjoyed the spa/pool area very much. Service is excellent and friendly. Food in the restaurant is good although we mostly ate in Pucon. Pucon is just 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!"
