"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the warm welcome to the consistently excellent service throughout our visit. A special compliment goes to the Subdirector, Jusep, whose professionalism and kindness made a real difference. He was always attentive and ensured that every guest felt well taken care of. The food in all the restaurants was absolutely delicious, with great quality and variety. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Overall, we were very impressed and felt completely comfortable during our stay. We can highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future!"

"Our second visit to this wonderful gem. Set close to the beach and the bus stop round the corner, it's an ideal location. The atmosphere at the Xaloc Playa is always so welcoming and friendly. The staff work tirelessly to ensure our stay is so enjoyable. It is like meeting up with friends again. Delicious food and plenty of it. Rooms cleaned daily. Rooms are also a decent size, with balcony. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool. Singers some evenings after dinner. All very good. Not a big hotel, smaller, friendlier and with a personal touch. Also really good value. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful place which holds a special place in our hearts."

"Rooms adequate and clean. Air con turns off automatically which is frustrating when it’s hot. Food offering vast and of ok quality. Ridiculous and frustrating one plastic cup per person rule meaning you can’t have a coke and a beer for example, and they’re the same size for wine and beer and soft drinks meaning that if you’re thirsty you’re up there all the time. Staff generally helpful with the he odd grumpy soul. Bobby at the bar though was absolutely brilliant and made our stay - thank you. He stood out!"

"What an absolutely great family holiday, all of the staff were pleasant and helpful, top marks to the chef for looking after our grandson who has food allergies, nothing was to much trouble for him. Great location, lovely accommodation, good selection of food and drinks, would defiantly go back. This was my wife and mine 3rd visit over a few years, never disappointed."

"到着時にホテルは清潔でよく提示されています。レセプションエリアは広くて風通しが良く、フレンドリーで親切なスタッフが迎えてくれました。車椅子やベビーチェアにとてもアクセスしやすいという事実は、明らかに人気のリゾートです。それでも歩く準備をしてください。リゾートは広大ですが、日を満たしたい場合はやるべきことがたくさんあります。子供たちはやるべきことの選択に間違いなく甘やかされているので、若い家族に本当にお勧めします。今食べ物....朝食はAIの標準的な選択です。ランチははるかに多様で、南のプールでバーベキュー、メインダイニングホールが開いているイタリアをテーマにした北のプール、ウォータースライドでフードトラックがあります。ダイニングホールでの夕食はがっかりします。正直なところ、非常に味がなく、滞在中に特定のレストランを一度しか予約できないのは残念です。私たちはイルファロを選び、素敵なイタリアンを食べました。レストランでのランチとディナーでは、飲み物はボトルで提供されますが、これは珍しいと思いました。変化でしたが、良いテイスティングワイン。部屋は清潔で、リゾートはきれいです。レセプションの外に道路列車とバスの停留所があります。日夜を分ける湾のそばのショップやバーの小さなオプション。全体として、私たちは良い休日を過ごしましたが、戻りません。14歳の息子はプールで楽しい時間を過ごしましたが、夜の娯楽は若すぎました。"

"Tui rated this a 4 star hotel but unfortunately it is really a 3 star. Our shower had quite a lot of mould in it, and the plug hole kept blocking up, and the safe didn’t work despite maintenance having apparently fixed it. The air conditioning in the room was great, but could hardly be felt in the dining area, especially in the first 2 days when it didn’t appear to be working at all, and no air conditioning in reception. Eating was not pleasant as it was so hot and the food, although okay, was repetitive. The place mats for dinner were dirty and stained which was quite off putting. No air conditioning in the entertainment area at all while we were there. Unfortunately as it was so hot this made it very uncomfortable. Also the splash park is not exclusive to the hotel, so although you have paid for an all inclusive stay, you have to pay for any snacks and drinks in the on-site cafe. If you are all inclusive you should be able to have drinks etc as part of your deal. On the plus side the splash park was lovely and very clean and my grandson loved it. We could always get a sunbed with an umbrella round the splash pool, but definitely not round the main pools, with people putting their towels out as early as 7 am. The rooms were cleaned daily and no problem asking for fresh towels, and the cleaning staff were lovely. Despite all of this we enjoyed our holiday but regrettably would not return to this hotel."
