「Hotel in posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Zona Romantica di Puerto Vallarta. Struttura curata, camere pulite e confortevoli. Il personale è davvero disponibile e gentile, pronto a consigliare ristoranti e attività. Il punto forte è il rooftop: piscina spettacolare con vista meravigliosa sulla città. Ideale per un drink al tramonto. Suggerimenti per la proprietà: Insonorizzazione: le finestre isolano poco dai rumori esterni. Se dormi leggero, porta i tappi per le orecchie. Assegnazione camere: ho notato che la camera assegnata non sempre corrisponde a quella mostrata nelle foto su trip.com. L’unico modo per essere certi della tipologia è prenotare dal sito ufficiale dell’hotel, cosa non sempre facile per chi non conosce la zona. Consiglierei alla proprietà un maggior controllo su quanto pubblicato dai siti terzi, per garantire più veridicità ed evitare inconvenienti ai clienti. Nel complesso esperienza positiva e rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Lo consiglierei a chi cerca una base comoda e personale cordiale.」

「Pinnacle is not really close to the main areas, and the location can be a bit confusing, although the service is good. The bathroom faces the back stairs, so you need to keep the window closed. It is a good option for families, with full facilities including a kitchen and cooking equipment. Rooftop swimming pools closed very early but I think its standard in most places.」

「Just one thing would have been nice in the room , or a communal coffee machine. Other than that , perfect. Breakfast would have been lovely sitting outside, had it not have been for pigeons .. it would be possible to put a thin net up between breakfast room and outside exit , without too much trouble.. it was really nasty , as they kept landing on table if you looked away for a second.」

「This is my 7th visit to this hotel, the location is excellent, across from the park and adjacent to the beach , the rooms are updated, very well maintained facilities. The pool on the top floor has great views. The staff is very attentive.」

「While this hotel doesn't have the glitter and glitz of some others,it does have ambiance of what old Mexico was like. Donna Susana is quiet and serene, has an excellent sunning terrace with pool on the roof. The rooms are well maintained by a superb staff. My maid,Sonia, was quite charming and gracious. There are 2 sister hotels with access to the beach so you have all their amenaties. The location is great, walking distance to everthing .」
