"Let's start with the positives: the wet area is good, as is the 4th pool and the food. The negatives: upon arrival at the hotel, the reception is disappointing. Guests can play music as loud as they want until late at night. There are pool tables in front of the rooms, making it difficult to rest. The room we had was too basic and leaked. It's pet-friendly, but there are about five dogs in the hotel, some of whom are a bit aggressive. There's no signage at the pools; the first two are not suitable for children. We went to the hotel because of the advertising, but it's somewhat misleading."

"Excellent place to rest and enjoy nature, tranquility and good atmosphere. The people at the hotel are super attentive, loving, hospitable and make guests feel very good. The place is highly recommended to go with your partner, family, friends to spend some very cool days. The rooms and facilities are very nice, comfortable, clean and organized."
