"We were greeted by two fab ladies on reception. When shown our room I was surprised and so touched that as it was my birthday they'd decorated the bed with 3 helium balloons, a birthday cake made of towels, a card and petals. I hadn't even told the hotel it was my birthday! Our room was special too. Everything we could have needed was there along with a very comfy bed. The breakfast was also great and made to order with loads of choice. I'd love to stay again."
