"Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was not as pleasant as we had hoped. We were not greeted in a friendly manner when we checked in. The lady at reception insisted that we present the booking documents in printed form, which we did not have with us. Her communication seemed unprofessional and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The bread seemed to be from the day before and there were no fresh products, which we would have expected from a hotel of this category. Another negative point was that the sauna was closed on Saturday. We were already standing at reception in our bathrobes when the employee told us that this was posted everywhere, including in the elevator. There was indeed a notice there, but it was very small and easy to miss. An information sheet with the most important information on arrival would certainly have been helpful here."

We have stayed at this establishment on four separate occasions, and each time we have been met with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and, most importantly, a sense of belonging to a large family. The spa features spacious rooms, both indoor and outdoor natural pools, and a kid-friendly family spa. Everything is immaculate. Private spa, two hours in a paradise location. Please try it!! "Location is above the place but not quiet yet. With ski shoes to the gondol is too far, better rent a depot. Rooms are OK, wellness also. Eating is suitable even if no highlight is soon placed on the table. Co-operative very friendly and helpful."

"The room we stayed in was located just under the roof with no balcony. It was big, but had a broken door and cloth hanger and the refrigerator was difficult to close. Too expensive for the quality of the rooms. The check-in, hotel service and breakfast were at St Zeno Hotel next door. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend St Zeno hotel instead."
