"I was originally in room 324. The room had water damage in the ceiling, the bathroom door would not shut because it would drag on the floor, and the toilet would run constantly. I was then moved to room 211. The door to the room would not lock when the door fully shut. You had to lift up on the handle to get the lock to engage. The gal at the counter said they have no way of knowing about damage without a customer telling them. Why do I have to pay them to stay the night, plus do a service for them?"
