"I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel myParadies and am really thrilled. My expectations—especially in terms of food and service—were more than exceeded. Being vegan, I had prepared myself in advance to live mainly on muesli, fruit, and salad for a week. So I was all the more surprised when the chef conjured up a delicious and varied vegan menu for me every evening. The dishes were creative, lovingly prepared, and a highlight every evening. Huge praise to the chef and the entire kitchen team. I had the impression that the chef heard “vegan” and thought, “challenge accepted. 😁 The service was also excellent without exception. All the staff were informed that I was “the vegan” and were always able to advise me very well. I was always offered suitable alternatives and I really felt that the team was very keen to satisfy me – and they made it look so effortless and natural. A special thank you goes to the waiters Franco and Ernesto. Both were incredibly attentive, interested, and motivated to make my stay as pleasant as possible. You could tell how much they enjoyed their work. The service at the bar was also excellent. After just one day, the bartender knew what we liked to drink without asking and surprised us with delicious drinks every evening. Last but not least, the service at reception was very friendly and warm."
