I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Umhlanga, Durban and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping spots making it very convenient whether you’re visiting for leisure or business. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights each morning was the amazing breakfast—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional reception staff. They were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. As a lovely surprise, they even upgraded me to a sea-view room because it was my birthday, which made my stay feel extra special and memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great service, a prime location, and excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Umhlanga!

ダーバン中心部から約15km、国際空港に近い好立地のホテルです。客室は広々としており、必要なものはすべて揃っています。朝食も素晴らしく、おすすめです。ロビーは素晴らしく、スタイリッシュなデザインです。ホテルの近くには、あらゆる好みに合うレストランがたくさんあります。また、ホテルの近くにはショッピングセンターもいくつかあります。ダーバン国際空港からはタクシーで約30分です。

ホテルは素晴らしい場所にあります!スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋はとてもきれいでしたが、プールについてはあまり確信が持てません。水はきれいに見えました..プールの床だけがオフでした。部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったことに少しがっかりしました。大きな部屋には冷蔵庫があるのかもしれませんか?ロードシェーディング時間中、すべてがまだ電源が入っています。無線LANは素晴らしかったです!全体的に、それは素敵なホテルで、再びそこに滞在できてうれしいです。

部屋はかなり広いですが、遮音効果は平均的です。道路に近く、夜は揚げ物があるのかもしれません。朝食の選択肢はたくさんあり、とても豊富で、ホテルにはゲートウェイモールへの直接チャンネルがあり、買い物や食事にとても便利です。

私は私の部屋が大好きでした。それはかなり広としていて、とてもきちんとしていてエレガントでした。バスルームはきれいで、彼らは毎日ハウスキーピングをします。次回ダーバンにいるときは、ためらうことなくまた一緒に滞在します。

ホテルは広とした景色でとても美しいです。朝食は美味しかったです!!さらに、ゲートウェイモールまで徒歩圏内であるため、ホテルの場所が最良の部分です。私は間違いなく戻ってきます。

Such a beautiful place to stay. I felt safe and well cared for. Two beautiful ladies Juliet and Shaine made me feel so welcome. I will definitely make this my go to stay when in Durban and needing to be close to the airport.

Conveniently located near stores and service station. The room was okay, for a 3 star establishment, I must admit I expected the staff to at least speak English well and the the room to be dust free. The bathroom is tiny and rather claustrophobic.
