2階のツインルームに宿泊しました。チェックインは簡単で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、サービスも素晴らしかったです。部屋は素敵でした。快適で静かでした。設備も充実していて、シャワーも最高でした。温かいビュッフェスタイルの朝食はありませんでしたが、メニューから注文できました。量は少なめでしたが、とても美味しかったです。冷たいコンチネンタルスタイルのビュッフェがありました。2日間とも朝食を担当してくれた若い女性はとても感じが良く、何でも快く対応してくれました。このレビューで彼女の名前を挙げたかったので、名前を聞いておけばよかったと思いました。立地も最高でした。駅から徒歩約5分、ショップ、レストラン、バーなどすべて徒歩2分です。11時にチェックアウトした際、電車が夕方までなかったので、ホテルは午後6時まで荷物を預かってくれました。おかげで荷物を持ち歩く腰痛を免れました。全体的に素晴らしい滞在で、リーズにまた来ることがあれば、このホテルを第一候補にします。

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms very comfortable beds and it’s always kept to a high standard. Complimentary bottles of water, biscuits, tea and coffee which is a nice touch on arrival. We regularly use Clayton Leeds to visit friends and attend gigs in Leeds. The bar staff are lovely and the breakfast is always great. Great hotel with lovely staff. Parking available underneath the hotel.

このホテルが大好きです。清潔でフレンドリーなスタッフ、とても親切で良いサービスです。3人の子供と一緒にファミリールームに泊まりました。ダブルベッドとシングルベッド2台。本当に快適で子供たちも喜んでいました。駅に近く、トリニティ ショッピング センターまで徒歩5分です。また泊まりたいと思います。5つ星ホテル

I loved staying at Quebecs, I was here for a solo trip and only stayed for one night. Its very boutique, staff at the reception were lovely and professional, explained everything that I needed to know. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again, maybe more than one night next time!

今回で 2 度目の訪問ですが、どちらの場合もスタッフは喜んで親切に対応してくれました。これは私の経験では珍しいことです。朝食もおいしく、これもまた珍しいことです。今後リーズで泊まる唯一のホテルです。

The hotel itself was excellent and well appointed for our purposes. I would definitely book to stay again. Particularly convenient for Temple Newsam park where we were attending Slam Dunk festival, and for M1 access. The only issue was checking in, where the hotel only had one room listed under the booking reference although all my paperwork confirmed I had booked and paid for two. On a full weekend, it was disconcerting. After a lot of head scratching, they noted there was another room booking made 1 minute after the one they could find, that didn't have a name attached. Not sure if this was an issue with trip.com or Ramada systems, but it did cause inconvenience and stress to both us and the staff trying to check us in. Perhaps this issue could be looked at please?

I really enjoyed the facilities and the service I received here despite me extending my trip very last minute daily:) ! I was able to extend through Trip.com each time and they was all very helpful. The reception was very helpful and even gave my partner a complimentary happy birthday decoration. The Housekeepers even gave me spare towels before she even got to cleaning our room as I kept extending it as I went along. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore the city and remain close by to the centre and anyone that wants a very modern , spotless hotel!

The location was good - 10 minutes walk to Burley Park train station and only 5 minutes into Leeds. Great for Headingley Stadium. The studio apartment was in the roof area so only skylights for windows, therefore no views apart from sky but a very comfortable and spacious studio. Very friendly service on the phone and good email contact/instructions. Would recommend and would certainly stay again.

Handy location for us to get to Garforth train station as we had a show to attend in York. Staff were lovely too! Partner enjoyed the swimming pool. Would stay again if ever in the area. Easy to find from the motorway as we're from out of town. Thanks for having us.
