We were in town for one night with the kids to go to an author's fan day. I was incredibly impressed with the room. It was huge and very well appointed. It was significantly nicer than I expected and that was a great surprise. The fold out couch was great as my 12yo daughter and 9yo son are past the sharing a bed stage. In the morning, the complimentary breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and waffles as well as the standard continental options. The coffee was surprisingly good as well with both light and dark roast offered. I would happily stay here again

The hotel was very nice. Located within walking distance of downtown. You can easily walk to places like Tupelo Honey for brunch. There is a nice restaurant on the roof, but we couldn't get a table. Nice place for a couple nights in Asheville.

The Hampton Inn was very convenient for us while visiting in Asheville. Right in the center of places that we enjoy going from the farmers market to the Arboretum to the Blue Ridge Parkway and of course the outlets but that is not what we come to do. Our room was very clean as was the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful as we stayed an extra night. We felt like we got great value For our dollar. The website was very easy to navigate, and it was very simple to book our lodging. Breakfast offerings were good. The bed was very comfortable and we will certainly come back as we have stayed there before for these very reasons.

미국 출장 중 묵었던 홀리데이 인 애쉬빌 – 빌트모어 이스트(Holiday Inn Asheville East – Blue Ridge Pkwy) 는 정말 만족스러웠다. 객실이 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있었고 침구도 포근해서 긴 이동 후 푹 쉴 수 있었다. 조용한 분위기 덕분에 업무 정리하기도 좋았고, 로비나 식당 분위기도 따뜻했다. 직원들의 응대가 친절해 요청 사항이 있으면 바로 대응해줘서 불편함이 전혀 없었다. 아침 식사 메뉴도 다양하고 맛이 좋아 하루를 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었다. 위치는 블루리지 파크웨이 입구 근처라 자연 경관이 훌륭하고, 시내 접근성도 좋아 출장이나 여행 모두에 알맞다. 전반적으로 가격 대비 만족도가 높고, 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔이다.

We had such a fun and comfy stay at Hampton Inn Asheville–I-240 Tunnel Rd! The room was clean, cozy, and just what our family needed after a full day of exploring. Check-in was quick, the staff was super friendly, and everything felt easy from start to finish. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown Asheville, so getting around was a breeze. And breakfast? A great way to kick off another adventure-filled day! Definitely a stay we’d happily come back to.

At first, I had planned to stay in Knoxville. However, after a quick dinner at Waffle House, I felt it was still early enough to continue driving, so I decided to head to Asheville instead. The drive from Knoxville to Asheville was quite challenging. There was a long stretch of highway construction through the mountains, with only one lane open. The journey felt truly hair-raising, with sharp turns and constant uphill and downhill sections. When I finally arrived at the hotel, the young lady at the front desk received me politely and arranged a room next to the elevator. I was a bit shocked when I bought a bottle of water from the vending machine—$4 seemed excessive. As for the room itself, the facilities left no special impression on me.

It's a bit confusing to get to the property, so pay close attention to Cliff St. You can't see the street sign . It is right at the Westgate Shopping Center. The room was fine, but the shower head needs a good cleaning. Hallway carpet also needs to be cleaned.

The receptionist was not friendly and argumentative.  I was not rude or angry with her requests.  She was not rude either, but not friendly.  Twice I had to visit the front desk and twice I took her attention away from her phone.  The telephone in the room had no dial tone.  She said maybe it’s not plugged in.  I checked went back and checked the plug in the room and it was plugged in.  I told her that.  She said we don’t have a maintenance man today, that’s too bad.  After checking out and having breakfast I asked if there was a restroom where I could wash my hands.  I was told it was out of service. After this experience I will not be returning.
