On the downside, the memory foam matress has a slope where everyone has sat on the edge of the bed, the shower was weak, as was the wi-fi."

"When we arrived party of 11 we were told there was problem with the credit card booking, they had done six separate payments for our rooms instead of one combine which flagged up as could be fraud. Made to feel really uncomfortable standing there phoning and showing bank details on phones as if we were trying to rip them off. The rooms were big everything you needed in them tv kettle etc, food was really good evening meal and breakfast. We were going to use the pool only to be told it was £25 each, (bit steep) On departure we had same problem at reception again saying we had to pay the whole bill again before we could leave. Staff really need training on being polite and how to treat their guests"

"滞在中はまさにカオスでした。まるでフォルティ・タワーズのようでした。レストランでは生演奏が鳴り響き、眠れませんでした。朝は早起きでしたが、朝食を出す人が誰も来ず、連絡できる人もいませんでした。電話すらなく、メールだけでした。そのため、朝食代を払っていたにもかかわらず、朝食なしで予定していたイベントに参加せざるを得ませんでした。夕方、謝罪とも言えないメールが届き、補償や返金については一切触れられていませんでした。"
