"How can I put it? Amateurism!!!!!! Long, very long, even very very long minutes before finding my reservation. A dilapidated 12m² room to fit three beds, impossible to move once they were set up. A 10-minute wait in the middle of the dining room before being served (3 tables occupied upon our arrival for 3 waitresses). The meal was very average. We placed our order, dishes were missing, and we reserved our dessert, no problem, except that, very strangely, when it came time to serve it to us, there were none left, and for good reason, they were offered and reserved for a table that was seated well after us. The waitress was lacking discretion, and we very clearly heard them say she was saving it for them (probably regulars). In short, very disappointed and unhappy!!!! Only the breakfast was up to scratch, but was it enough to satisfy us? Surely not."

"We were looking for a hotel near Clermont Ferrand and this hotel came up. It has very nice clean rooms, a good restaurant with excellent food. The price/quality is very good and there is a safe parking. We would really recommend this hotel and stay there again."
