Practicely next to the center of the spirit founded by the medium, and very close to both the Chico Xavier Memorial (excellent, highly recommended visit) and the Chico Xavier Memorial House, both with quiet and quiet walking access. However, if your intention is another, for example, a larger and more comfortable stay to meet the city, forget that hotel.Very simple accommodation, OK rooms, good service, parking, very weak breakfast. The hotel seems to be used by religious caravans and/or night staff in business training. During the day, some reasonable self-services nearby, but forget at night. On foot, only a bakery (with excellent service, say, passing) with simple lunches. But the key point for this assessment, which I really found absurd, is the existence of a parking for trucks / excursion buses next to the rooms, with huge noise well early in the morning. If you need to stay here, require a quarter of the right side (which gives for normal parking)."
