"I've stayed at this hotel with my family and friends dozens of times. Since the hotel's inception, it has become a special place for me and my family, and it's here that we always spend the most enjoyable moments and days. The staff is exceptional – always smiling, always polite, and always willing to help with any unexpected matters. When my wife or I need a moment of respite, a break from everyday life, we go to this hotel. I'm always surprised by something new and exciting, and I always get exactly what I expected – peace and quiet. Important information for travelers: the hotel is located in the central part of Ustroń, close to several restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, and other amenities, taxis are available, and there's a large, free multi-story parking lot. All of this contributes to the comfort of your stay. The hotel is certainly not cheap, but it offers many amenities, such as bowling, a spa, a swimming pool, and more. It's worth coming here for a relaxing break, but it's hard to leave and return to reality. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely continue to visit this hotel whenever I can, because it's truly worth it. Recently, I found myself in a room I'd never been in before—and it was truly beautiful."

"Very careful hotel. Nature and views - bomb. Udian staff. Menu card in a restaurant without madness. Delicious and extended breakfasts. Great place to rest and reset. Far from everything - on plus :) it is a pity that music at the pool cannot be turned off and the game until 22.00 Rooms are very basic and small but clean and pleasant. We recommend staying!"
