"The staff of the hotel made my stay very comfortable. It is always available with courtesy and gentleness, always to meet any request. I think breakfast is more than right and the criticisms that have been made seem to me to be just a stick to finding defects. I was witnessing at dinner a situation where the client had not liked the second and the staff were concerned to offer an alternative that the client refused. This shows that they are very careful to the needs of their clients. Excellent cleaning, change of daily towels, things that no more exist in any hotel. The organization for the slope, a large parking and the proximity to the structure is also a focus on the well-being of the client."

"Unfortunately and reluctantly, I find myself giving two stars, only for the cleanliness of the apartment, the tranquility of the Resort, and Roberta's kindness. Everything else needs to be reviewed, starting with the cleanliness of the bathroom in the bar next to the pool (for a Resort that defines itself as such, the lack of hygiene in the bathroom itself is inconceivable) and the great desire to work and friendliness of the girls at the bar (obviously, this is meant ironically). When I asked for wine, they turned up their noses because you had to go two meters to get it from the restaurant (to which I said, forget it, what a shame... as if it were free...). Another flaw: we wanted to have lunch in the restaurant, but we couldn't do it because there were guests, we had to go outside to do so. On occasions like these, I wonder... is it so difficult to organize even simple appetizers and bring them to the bar? Just asking? It's a real shame. I'm writing, but it's the common opinion of the whole group."
