In the complex: central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop 400 m, supermarket 1.7 km, bus stop "Hôtel de Ville" 1 km, thermal baths "Thalazur" 1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 1.9 km. Please note: no lift. Note: restaurants on the ground floor of the residence. Access to the villa via a few steps. 1-room apartment 27 m2 on 2nd floor, north facing position. Living/dining room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV, flat screen and DVD. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (fenced). Please note: smoke alarm.
「Very pleasant stay. What is perfect is the view and the direct access to the beach. Also the private courtyard which allows the parking of cars and bikes. The rental itself includes everything that is necessary despite a certain dilapidation of the whole.」
