"Okay.. I actually don't usually write anything but I think this is the worst I have stayed in for a very long time. I am taking into account Albania standards.. however having just been on a tour I know things can be lovely... Reception were lovely I have to say . However the standard of room was way below average although v clean . Shower I discovered later at night wasn't working well and fittings were falling off. My friends room had holes in the walls and cigarette burns on the bedding.. With the standard I stayed everywhere else this is definitely not great and I'd avoid. I came in too late to ask to change rooms and as I was only there for one night .. but I'd look at others before this 🙏"

"I visited this hotel with my family, and I booked my room to also include the facilities for a disabled person, since they adverstise it on their web page. In contrary to what they say, the room that I booked was out of service, including that the AC was not working. We had to move to another room until they repaired the AC. After we returned back to the room that I booked, the AC that was supposed to be fixed, broke midnight. The familiy member that is disabled has problems with the heat. It was a painful experience for the family member. The hotel management excuse was that we should have left the first day that the room was out of service, and made use pay for the days that we did not stay in the room that I reserved. Such a bad experience for staying in this hotel, even if you are seeking to visit it with a disabled person."

"A cracking, modern hotel with private beach area directly opposite at the quieter end of the beach. We had a family room that was massive and the most incredible view of the seafront with its Rio like vibes! Breakfast was superb and highly recommend everything!"
